Great grocery store in Revy. I think (not positive, but pretty sure) that on average the prices are slightly better here than Save-On. There's not a madhouse crowd here though, so that already makes it better. Nice staff as well.

Good grocery store that has been a cornerstone for a long time in the community. Different selection in some items then what is provided at Save on Foods, meat selection is cut locally as well differing from Save on Foods. Some prices higher than the other while cheaper in other aspects.

I have boycotted everything that supports the Isreali apartheid. So I don't go to the Save on Food in town anymore. I've been more conscious where I'm spending my money. Hence I have switched to buying everything locally. Southside is a locally owned grocery store. And it has a good variety of local products. I have boycotted pepsico and Coca-Cola company. So now I buy Kicking back cola from Western family brand for my pop.

It’s refreshing to travel to smaller towns and still see small town like service in a local super market, staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well kept with adequate levels of stock and moderate pricing it not uncommon for supermarkets in in smaller centres to have substantially higher prices than in larger centres, fortunately the prices here are high but not the wholesale gouging from the large chain supermarket down the road, shopping carefully I found some good deals and quality fresh foods. I’d definitely come back just for the ambiance!

Lots of interesting products not found in some of the bigger chain grocery stores. The still have a butcher on staff as well so the meat is cut daily in store. Prices are competitive and it seems like every time I go there the items I want are on sale. Great place to shop!

Southside is the smaller of the 2 grocery stores in town and is about the same pricing on foods as Save on foods, however they sometimes have better deals on certain items. The staff are friendly and there seems to be the perfect amount of staff at all times. Good variety, however there freezer section sometimes goes haywire for a few hours at a time and some stuff unthaws till is repaired and refrozen. This doesn't happen near as much as it used to a few years ago. I give 3 stars for a positive atmosphere filled with friendly staff, but there cleanliness can be a little off sometimes. All things considered great little grocery store. Just as an update to the question from management, the cleanliness part i have an issue with is that when I was walking through the aisles numerous shelves were either dusty or sticky. As well as the doors before the meat department where the sink was had been filled with clutter. Maybe just close the doors people dont need to see that. And they aren't huge issues or anything.

Our family is from Alberta and we spent two weeks camping at Martha lake, restocking our supplies at Southside Market. We really liked the fresh produce and surprised how competitive prices were. Checked out other stores in town but preferred the friendly down to earth feel. Great store!
