Fantastic customer service. Their prices are a bit higher than most other stores, but not a lot and for the extra you receive delivery, installation and guarantee on their furniture and appliances. They've delivered a bed (helped to remove the old one assembled the new one in place) and a massive freezer (transported to the basement, installed and tested it before leaving). Well worth choosing.

I went in to this store a couple of times recently and my experience was not the greatest. Both times I went in with my daughter and boyfriend and the whole time we were in there, we were followed and watched as if we were going to steal something, meanwhile we both had cash on hand and have never stolen anything before. We've been there before multiple times and never once had a problem. Absolutely absurd. I will never go back!

This place really tries hard. You cant go 2 minutes with out 2 or 3 people asking you if you need help. Pretty good select for the size. I am more impressed with some of the specialty items they have in the fishing and outdoors department. Not the best layout though but very unique.

Almost every time I need an appliance or even some advice on a project around the house I find what I am looking for. Plus, the other day I bought a stove on sale; changed my mind and was able to use that money towards a stove upgrade. AMAZING!

I broke my key to get into my apartment, but luckily I was able to pull the broken half out of the lock. I was scared that I would have to wait until Monday to get inside my place. After hearing that the locksmith in town was on holidays, JJ went above and beyond to get me a replacement, despite the key being broken in half. He was able to cut the key by taping the 2 pieces and was successful in making a duplicate. I was able to get inside my place and travel to Prince George and be with my mom for mothers day. Thanks JJ, you definitely saved my weekend.
