The Farmers Market is one of PG's treasures. It is a great way to support the community as well as to see the true spirit of the North. It can be troublesome to find parking because it is always flowing with people supporting local. The bannock is a go to, as well as buying the homemade perogies

Great market located in downtown P G. The best place to find fresh veggies, meat, fruit, honey, bread etc. Give up the chain stores and come and buy real food, locally grown and produced. You will save money and the environment.

Kinda small but they have fresh food and chocolate as well as other baked items it was good when we went there and I was able to receive a couple numbers of butchers and people that sell eggs and both are helping our family I would recommend but bring cash only some places accept debit and credit.

Richard Enevoldsen

Fresh grown vegetables, home style baked bread and wonderfully prepared home perserves, however this all comes at a price which can leave a bitter taste in the mouth and a much lighter pocket book.

Elaina Hudyma

Ken Biron

Love local, and BC local, but they need debit and credit options available with an internet network for paying. Kudos on everything it does now and past in in our community, onward to better futures!

Kedar Radhakrishna

I am a regular visitor to the PG Farmers Market and I absolutely love going on a Saturday morning to have a bite and get some fresh food. There is a great selection ranging from veggies, to salsa, all sorts of bread, and meat. All the vendors are super friendly and they sell exceptional products. Come down Saturday morning for a nice outing with the family.

(Translated) Great and a very good treatment of people (Original) Genial y un muy buen trato de las personas

I may be biased, but I think Prince George has a pretty great Farmers Market. Sure, there are a couple things missing, like cheese for instance. However, the seasonal assortment of vegetables is great, and the number of local producers is increasing, I believe. Hey also notice there are more vendors selling particular products, like roasted coffee beans and alcohol, for instance. we are pretty lucky to have an all year-round indoor location now.

We always enjoy a farmers' market. Prince George's is pretty good. There's an outdoor and indoor portion. Your standard mix of meat, vegetables, soaps, crafts, and treats.

Sandra Paradis

It was so much better when it was outside around the courthouse. Now half of it is crammed into a shack. It would be awesome if the two outdoor markets would get together so people don't have to drive from on end of downtown to the other.

The Prince George Farmers' Market is the place to be on Saturdays. You can do a majority of your grocery shopping there with local meats that are from humanely raised animals, local vegetables, salsa, jams, baking, kombucha, pet treats and so much more! Not only that but it's a place to socialize with other patrons and the vendors, sit down and have a cup of coffee with a a fabulous baked treat!
