Staff are often unaware of what products they sell and / or when supplies will be back in stock. This is frustrating when I have purchased the same items in the past but they don’t seem to know anything about them. I prefer to shop and support local businesses but I have stopped shopping here for this reason.

Horrible with the boarding, lost my cat due to not making sure all doors of kennels are closed securely. He went missing last night, no one called. Got here today at 10 to get him and they told me there was a technical issue of him missing. I looked with 2 of my friends for an hour no luck, and they still cant find him. If they did proper checks and had proper security cameras I'd have my cat safe at home and not lost somewhere unknown. He isnt an outdoor cat either. Dont bring your pets to board there, they may lose them and then say the cat "escaped" If I could I wouldnt give them a 1 star. I'd give them no stars at all. I'm not coming back here ever again. Afte putting me through worry about my animal for 24 hours. And finally finding him. And to add insult to injury they expected me to pay full price. And only once I said I wouldn't pay they offered 10% off because "he wasnt gone long enough and things happen". I will highly recommend d to not bring your pets here. I am extremely disappointed he isnt just a cat he is my baby and I put my trust in this place. Apologies are meaningless if you still make a client pay after LOSING their animal. I have worked with animals boarding and grooming and if ANYTHING like that happens no matter what it's a free groom or stay. To STILL make me PAY you for losing my animal is unacceptable.
