Pet Planet has a great variety of dry and wet cat/dog foods available for purchase. The dogs always get a nice treat from the staff. Our dogs really like them. It seems like they know there are treats waiting for them when we go into the store. It's their favorite place. The store environment is very nice and very pet friendly. Our dogs feel safe while they "shop" around, weaving the aisles; sniffing and looking around all the animal products, taking their time in doing so. I luv that the staff are really great in welcoming us into the store. They're very friendly and accommodating in anything that we're looking for. If they don't have, they'll find it for us and order it specifically for us. They notify us right away when it arrives. They also deliver, which makes it so much easier for us. Tuesday's are "Bone Days", that's what we call it, lol. ???? Our dogs look forward to that special day in great anticipation, knowing that they're going to get their "special"treat for the week. Pet Planet has other specials to offer their loyal customers, also. These are all the great reasons why we continue to shop evey week at our favorite family Pet Planet Store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, but could use some work on the customer service aspect. We stood in front of the till waiting for several minutes while the guy was trying to figure out something on it without being acknowledged at all. Good variety of HEALTHY food for both cats and dogs. However, there is not a lot of toys and accessories for cats, only one side of a shelf contained it, and there was very little variety compared to what they used to have several years ago. If you've got a dog, the entire rest of the store is full of stuff for them.

ONLY for dogs & cats, unfortunately. With Petland and Brays gone, the only place I feel comfortable buying pet stuff in PA. Very high end dog and cat foods, only a few toys/supplies. Staff gives great advice for pet diets and their point system works great ($5 back for 500 points)

I was in the area and stopped by. I was greeted, then treated like a friend. Very knowledgeable staff, who value well-being. In my case, well-puppy? Everthing you need. Amazing variety of beds and bones. I'm actually planning on getting extra and freezing them the next time I go! Helpful, friendly. I wish this store was located where I live, these guys genuinely care about what the best for your fur baby.

Great quality products. It seems like if the owners wouldn't trust it for their own pet, they don't sell it! Decent prices - you do pay a small premium for supporting a local business vs a big box store, but it's well worth it for me to know who and what my dollar is supporting. I recently switched my dogs to raw with products sold at Pet Planet and their health and energy have never been better. A cool little store in P.A.

Great service and knowledgeable staff! They took the time to ask questions, recommended a few different brands and even phoned a few days later to see how our dog was doing on his new food. Prices were cheaper as well, our dogs treats were $6 a bag less here then petsmart.
