Amazing service. They were very proffesional. I had to get my windshield resealed, They did an amazing job, Looks beautiful like its a whole new window. Cleaned and vacuumed my car as well. For the most part Ben's Auto is a great place. All in all I feel like they do a great job. I give 4 stars only because they wouldn't take responsibility for some warranty work on some windows they installed in a house I recently purchased. Their explanation was that the company that they bought the windows from went out of business. To me that shouldn't matter - they should still be responsible for it as that was part of what was paid for when purchasing and getting them installed. Bygones as they are all subsequent visits were great. Even when getting a crack fixed in my windshield they went ahead and spotted and fixed 3 more chips that I didn't even know were there. If the last few experiences here are anything to speak of I will continue to bring my business here.

Well I took my house window out and to location for a glass repair/replacement, was told two weeks for glass. They called I dropped off window for the repair and was told it would be half hr. After an hr was asked to come back at a specific time the next day , not complete then asked to come back or wait it will be done soon . Two days later !! I am ok things take time but dont say I will be done today for tomorrow pick up then push it by several days . Tell us in the first place
