Terrible service, I’m 20 years old and went to buy my first compound bow, they sold me a youth bow and when I went target shooting the instructor told me my bow draw length is too short for my reach. $1000+ and now I need to buy another bow.

They seem to know their game and don't mind to tell you what is needed and what isn't for gear and accessories. I have made several weapon purchases and from a bow to my guns! Never once felt like I could have got a better deal elsewhere! It's also nice the way when they recognize you they make you feel at home! That is hard to find in this day and age. Great job guys keep it up

This store and it's staff are without a dought the best around. Even the big conglomerates can't do what these guys can. Price, knowledge, and experience, set these guys on the upper plateau. They have been here forever....... because they know what they are doing. I won't even think about going to the "Big fish Pro" store. It's all at Erie Tracker. They keep me being successful.

Very sad with the reoccurring service our family has had. Always prefer to support local business and families rather than big box stores. Service at Erie tracker is less than adaquite. We have been in the store enough times that it isn’t just a fluke. We were blatenly ignored. Poor customer service. Such a shame.

They may not have the widest selection but you will be surprised how much they cram into a small shop. They stock only the best gear and are infinitely more friendly and knowledgeable then Canadian tire or bass pro or cabellas. Shop here if you're a real hunter.

It was like sesame street. The staff were still learning how to count to ten. No knowledge of guns or ammunition at all. Not helpful for anything. I made two mistakes that day. One was going to the store. Second was going to Port Colborne

Called about a bow they had 1 left and put it to the side for me ! I went that day and spent alot of money in there ! Gotta buy all the extras ! Good prices and friendly and knowledgable staff! Great expierence ! They were suppose to get back to me about a case for my assasin bow and they never did but i no there busy! But besides tht i will be going back ! Got some free range time and will probably use over the winter for a day out ! I highly recommend them for your hunting and fishing needs ! And if they dont have wht u need iim sure they will try to get it for you!

bought a flute goose call, couldnt get it to work properly. brought it back. the sales guy was more than understanding and said either that call was defective or just not for me, either way i dont want you frustrated when you are out in the field. let me return the call for another. the new call was much easier to use for me and i am very thankful for how understanding they were. i am planning a hunt this week and hope it is a success which will be thanks to these guys for the new call. Keep up the good work.

Awesome store with an excellent bow technician. I brought my bow in for instalation of a new sight servicing and paper tuning. Came back shooting excellent. The staff and tech where very personable they explaned everything to me and made sure I left satisfied and with my bow sighted in for 20 yards. I would buy a new bow from them on a heart beat and I would have to quams about them working on any of my bows. Decent prices too.

Sales person Jake did a amazing job of helping my son get the bow right for him, at a price point asked for, set up the bow for my son, test fired it to get everything right. Thanks for all the help. Prices where competitive with the big box stores and the expertise of the staff was top notch.
