Was home over the weekend and my family ordered for take out as we normally do from pictou county pizza. after an hour or more our order came. We paid and opened the bags we were surprisingly missing part of our order and and other item was completely not cooked and looked very tossed together. When we called to explain our unfortunate event no sympathy or apology was given what so ever, the employee and both manger did not once say sorry or offer any kind of resolution in fact we were treated like we were in inconveniencing them, after another hour and 20 mins the food we already paid for finally showed up but the dinner was already a bust since we could not all eat together. The nicest person in all of this bad experience was the SECOND delivery driver who brought back the rest of our food and said sorry the manager and employee could learn some customer service skills from that gentleman. We won't be ordering again any time soon from Pictou County Pizza, most places would of offered a discount or a credit for next visit, or at the very least an apology! bizarre behavior for trying to bring back clientele after a pandemic, yikes.

It's one of the most unhealthy pizza's you can get, both this place and Acropole, but it's definitely good! Decent price and good food, great service from everyone we've ever gotten.

Okay so we arrived in Nova Scotia late and few places remained open Bria is an awesome waitress and took great care in explaining what was what. After all pizza in a foreign country is still different. This pie was incredible with lots of meat and cheese that rivaled any top notch American pie! The local beer is good but still a little light for my preference but tasty ???? none the less. Don't pass this place by else your missing a gem!

It's always good. It is the only place we buy our pizza at now . We even brought it camping and on a picnic :-) We love their subs and other stuff too :-) Highly recommend it . I'd double it to 10 stars from us :-D

When we moved into the area a friend recommend the pizza. My wife being vegetarian ordered a veggie pizza and asked the worker if there was any meat product on the pizza. They said no. We get home and eat. We couldn't even finish the first slices. The sauce is horrible. The ocean has less salt in it. Also the sauce has chicken broth. But the worker claimed there was absolutely no meat products on the veggie. When we called back the very same worker informed us that there is chicken broth in the sauce. We asked why this isnt stated anywhere and why they didnt tell us the truth when we asked. The worker then replied that it's not important to mention when asked. Then when we asked for a refund and that we were bring the pizza back. She hung up. I then tried to feed it to my dog but even she turned it down. And she eats cat poop. So. Never will I ever go there again nor while I ever recommend them.

Friendly customer service, usually stop in for a slice when I'm visiting my grandparents. For Pictou County styled pizza this is the best, it doesn't have that same spiciness that Acropole has to it, also a lot easier on my guts the day after.

Delicious pizza and very friendly wait staff! We were here during our honeymoon from the US and they made us feel very welcome and special. Definitely worth a visit to try their brown sauce pizza, especially with the spicy pepperoni!

Always great pizzas. Drive thru window is very convenient, wish more pizza places had them, I believe this is the only one in the are with one however. Clean store. Always fast delivery. Owner is very friendly. Employees are very polite and friendly as well. Always had a great experience when ordering from Pictou County Pizza!

Their over all Menu is mind boggling to say the least you just don't know where to start <3 , But most of all their serve is second to NONE !

My first experience eating Pizza was at Alices, I was her paper girl in the early seventies. Loved her famous brown sauce. Still love your brown sauce over any red sauce. It is the best.

OMG. So I sitting here in New Glasgow NS waiting all morning and so far most of the night to get offloaded. I'm a truck driver from Ontario. So I start to get really hungry and look for pizza places. Let me tell you I found the best one. I have never seen pizza with ingredients both under nice thick cheese and on top. By far the best pizza ever and the taste is out of this world. Amazing job guy's and thank you so much for brightening up my week. Definitely be ordering from you every time I'm here. Oh and the costumer service is amazing over the phone and the delivery guy was very nice. You don't get this kind of awesome treatment in Ontario.

On Friday night we ordered an ex large pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. It was delicious. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. It was our first time ordering from this restaurant. You are now our favorite pizzeria!!

Went to try their special sauce, seemed a bit like gravy to me but made the pizza so tasty. Great helping of cheese and ingredients. I got double chicken and mushroom for myself. Love the old school dough ball !

I'm a tourist in in Pictou. I was told about the "famous" pictou pizza and we were told they are located in new Glasgow and don't deliver to ACTUAL pictou... I spent 15 minutes looking at menu and was denied my delivery order.

Have visited weekly for the past several months and highly recommend them. The pizza is very good with lots of variety to chose from, and the Greek salad is a high-lite for myself and you can tailor it to your taste, with extra feta, more olives, etc. The menu features many more tasty treats and it's available for take-out, or dine in!

Wouldn't deliver to a house 8.4km away from the store. If I was any closer, I would've went to get it myself, what is delivery for if you don't deliver 10mins down the road. Won't be attempting to order ever again, and nobody will be hearing any good reviews from me.

I have bin eating pizza from Pictou County area since I was a kid. This is hands down the best I have ever had period! Cooked with perfection and made with love. Wish they had one in Halifax.

This place is ok but my Hawaiian pizza came with green peppers (which I absolutely hate) when I only added banana peppers. Plus, my pizza was so stuck to the box I couldn't pick up a slice. I had to peel it off of the cardboard, something I have never experienced before which half of my pizza was way to stuck to eat. I am very disappointed but the chicken wings were good.

By far the worst pizza in Pictou county. They took the name of “Pictou county pizza” hoping tourist would think that’s the real deal. It’s not.. call Sams, or Acropole if you want to experience the real, delicious, Pictou County Pizza.

We can't justify ordering again. We thought we were getting decent quality food until we switched it up and paid $14 for 2 chicken burgers. Considering Acropole charges $5.50 for a chicken burger made with real chicken breast we were extremely upset when we got 2 cooked from frozen chicken patties that tasted exactly like Jane's. Literally something we could of made in our own kitchen in 10 minutes, absolutely disappointed.

Not a fan. Did a bbq chicken pizza and was rather bland. Would not likely try this pizza again but would certainly return to try the sauce everyone talks about. Great job with the drive through pickup.
