Pretty much the only place I go to for supplements now. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Huge selection. great for those harder to find vegan and GF baking ingredients!! Really like that when My teenage son goes and asks a question they treat him with the same respect as they do me.

I stopped by Happy Planet yesterday to shop for some make up and other items and was served by a young woman named Sumaina. Let it be known that her customer service skills exceeded any of my expectations and she truly provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. That girl rocks Happy Planet! Super clean, very organized and a ton of gluten-free groceries! Prices on gluten-free products seemed in line with grocery stores. Cashier was friendly. The only issue I had was that I waited in line for quite awhile and none of the other staff offered to serve me. There was a male employee at another cash who saw me waiting in line but kept doing his own work and ignored me, and a female employee who came up to the front to check prices or put stock away or something who saw me waiting but just carried on with her work. Didn't seem like customer service was a high priority which was frustrating, especially when there seemed to an excess of staff.

It's a very clean, organized, and spacious store. The customer service was lovely. The prices are a little high, I spotted a few things you can get cheaper, same brand and all. The selection of items was amazing, I could see many products I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere.

Large with very good selection. As is usual for these places they were reluctant to give me protein powder samples as it is expensive and the workers like to keep the good stuff for themselves. Lol I did get a few bad ones though!

This store is my go to! I went once out of curiousity and need for vegan options so i thought I'd pop in. Oh my! GF, Vegan, cruelty free, plain old healthy options, organic, dairy replacement options, hair products and toothpaste, the solution to anything you could possibly need! The staff are absolutely the most helpful and friendly you'll ever meet. And their vegan bbq jerky ???? someone hold me back from buying buying every single package!!!!

I needed a specific product. I called 8 other places in a panic, no one had it. I called and they let me park right out front and had it waiting for me at checkout because I had the dogs in the car! Friendly and positive!

Though I do not live in the area, I would rather come in this store as the staff are well informed about their products. Charlie is your guy to ask for an informative recommendations. Very helpful and knowledgeable on their brands, deals and ingredients of the products. An excellent customer service experience is what you get. A happy and satisfied customer here.

Excellent source of healthy full fat organic dairy and omega 3 organic eggs, compliments the meat based diet with real nutritionally dense food. Of course they have a huge selection of over processed vegan and vegetarian food too, just read the ingredient list if there's over 3 ingredients you should just say no.

Terrible customer service! We were in there for over 20 minutes while the new person who knew nothing tried to find what we were looking for. The place was empty and the other 2 staff members didn't assist her at all!! Why wouldn't they have new staff shadow someone rather than leave the customer standing around. So I went to Joanne's Place and we were in and out in 3 or 4 minutes with everything we needed.

I went into healthy planet in Peterborough. It was my first time. I purchased a large quantity of products including a quart of buffalo chocolate milk, 8.00 plus 2.00 glass bottle deposit. I went to open the bottle this morning and it was cursed. I brought it back to the store 5 minutes ago and they would not exchange for me because I didn't have my receipt. Because I paid cash they can't look it up on the computer. They kept the milk gave me my $2. Bottle deposit back even though I didn't gave a receipt. They just lost a customer.

This is my favourite Healthy Planet location!!! The store is HUGE yet clean and organized. They also have an extensive beauty section which I love. Plus the staff are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help!! Such great atmosphere and energy! Keep it up!! I will definitely be back! :)

Great service and great prices! I've been really impressed with the personal and friendly approach all the employees take. I have also had wonderful experience with the manager there, Charlie, who has been diligent in ensuring that my needs as a customer are met even for some of the more specialty items. All this has created a unique option among Peterborough's health food options as Healthy Planet is bringing in the items people want at the right price and doing it with a commitment to customer service. I personally appreciate what this store has created all around for the Peterborough area.

Customer service is phenomenal. I love shopping here. Always welcomed by a lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful staff. Prices are reasonable with a ton of sale days. They offer a seniors discount as well! (which my mother loves) If you need anything, they do go above and beyond for you. Truly valuing their customers. Couldn't ask for more. Would highly, highly recommend.
