This is the worst place you could ever go. I bought my my four wheeler there and have done other business there too. I rented seadoos and there was small damage and even took the insurance. He said it was a certain amount to fix and charged even more. Asked about the charges and this Rick guy hung up on me.

Couldn't be happier with the service. I went In this morning the first day of my long weekend. The propeller and wear ring on my seadoo were toast from earlier in the week. Didn't know u till today. The start of my long weekend and these fine folks had the parts I needed in stock. They had my pump rebuilt for my seadoo for me in 15 minutes!!! I was back on the lake in no time. Young and intelligent group of guys. I will be back, no second thinking on that decision!

Worst service manager in the business. In September I brought a side x side in for a comprehensive 100 hour service. I also mentioned there was a transmission warning light and a potential wheel problem. I waited 8 weeks for my machine to be ready. After arriving home with my machine I was shocked to not only see a “maintenance required “ message but also a “limp home” warning. Imagine my surprise when I called the service manager to find out the service had not been done!!! Not sure what I paid over $500 for unless they charge you for parking! The same service manager had done the same thing to me a couple of years previously when I requested a new bilge pump be installed in my boat when I brought it in for winterizing, only to find that when I arrived to retrieve my boat that the pump he’d not been replaced. So much for communicating with your customers. After 15 years of being a customer, I can’t believe the attitude of the service manager who speaks to you like he is doing you a favour! I have purchased a boat, an Atv and 2 seadoos from this dealership and bring my equipment in annually for service. I had hoped that I could get some response from the owner, Don Creppin, after trying to contact him three times over the past week, but it seems that his customers are not worthy of his time either. Needless to say, I don’t advise having your machines serviced by this dealer. Seems they don’t understand customer service and have never heard of integrity.

Well lets just say my experience here was terrible. I brought my Seadoo boat in for paint repair. I was told the boat was ready for pick up. The boat was parked in a shaded area. When I got the boat home in the sunlight I realized they had painted 2 feet of my blue section a different blue. When I called back they said ( well how are we supposed to match it) not sure what kind of answer this is but I suggest anyone not to business with these people !!
