I visited the Perth A&W restaurant around 10:20 PM. I came up to the speaker to order and was told immediately that there was no debit or credit. No problem because I had cash. The woman on the other end of the speaker sighed. She then proceeded to tell me that she only had 3 out of the 4 patties I asked for (after saying she had to check if there were any AT ALL). I asked if chipotle chicken wraps were available and she then sighed again and said " I guess I can put one down but it will be a 5 minute wait ". So, I said never mind and pulled ahead. ----- If this woman can’t handle serving customers in the last hour of her shift then she should be talked to because that was a very uncomfortable experience. I work late shifts and needed something quick. I felt very upset after leaving. P.S. I also asked for cheese on my burgers, (I wasn't charged for it) but they came without. This is not the first time I have had bad service from this woman.

Good but always cleaning the grill anytime I come between 1230-4am im a night person and thus it is my time to go for food I would enjoy it if there was something other than frier food to order, not much use in being 24 hours if its a extremely limited menu

My teen burger was as expected. Unfortunately the mozzarella burger my friend had was sub par. The onion rings as always were amazing. if not over priced.

I have visited several times and the meat and buns are still the freshest hamburgers I have had in a long time, The staff are polite and the food is cooked fresh. I am grateful that they have opened in Perth Some other places have the buns pulled from the freezer and thawed for the day and always seem a little dry and stale. A@W will be my go to place for a while

Ordered a papa and fries earlier this week order was made wrong twice. Person running the head set could barley speak English. Then when I speak to the manager she was so rude will never be back to this a&w again. Have heard lots of story’s in town from multiple people about how horrible the wait time and sloppy the food is put together

Prices have gotten out of control. Way to expensive to eat at. Although it tastes great I cannot justify paying $22 for a double mozza combo and a mama burger with cheese for my wife.

I've had A&W onion rings many times and enjoyed them. They were very bland at the Perth location...not sure why. Serving staff were very polite and outgoing.

Terrible food quality especially the chicken, I recommend always asking for it to be made fresh and that you don't mind a full wait so u don't get half hour old strips etc..

Best onion rings I've had at an A&W in a long time (stopped buying them for my son because they were greasy and over or under cooked at our local restaurant). Glad we tried them at this location. Still expensive imo, but a nice treat. Tried the sweet potato fries too, I've had better, but a nice change. Friendly staff but service was quite slow (only one car in front of us at drive through but in line for several minutes). Everything was hot and perfectly seasoned.

The girl working the drive through was rude and snippy. She was confused when we corrected her she took offense. The establishment its self seemed understaffed. The food was hot and fresh. It got one star because they had horrible customer service.

I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich last week, brought it home after shopping and bit into a hard as a rock breaded piece of overcooked chicken. For 9$ complained to the manager but certainly got no satisfaction from her. And in her email she said "if your taste is not for the one product we are more than happy to replace it for you" It wasn't the product, it was the over cooking!!!!! Never got a replacement and I will never to there again!!!

Older Lady that works drive thru at night is miserable, very condescending and rude to the younger lady she was training who was of a different nationality . Also thinks you can’t hear her sighs and snide comments under her breath on the speaker. Food is decent but only gets 1 stars from me for being made feel like an inconvenience.
