I've been going to this place for seafood for a number of years. My go to us always the deep fried calamari and smelts. The service is always A+ and overall one of the best seafood places in Ottawa.

This is a great spot. Lived in the area for a long time and never stopped but it was always a packed parking lot. It was a great lunch! Can't wait to try it again.

First of all, I'm acadian. My father was a fisherman, uncles were fishermen but when I told Joe, the owner, that I just moved here and weren't settled to cook my lobster outside yet, he offered to cook it for me. As if that wasn't enough, he was actually closed at the time I stopped by, still did all this for me and honestly I felt like I was back home in NB. As if that wasn't enough, I'm actually impressed by the taste and I know how lobsters should taste! I will be returning to see Joe!

I ordered a tasty spring roll and linguine pescatore, and my friend ordered the chicken paella. Dessert was also amazing! We have dined there before, and the great service and dishes never disappoint. We will definitely be going back!

The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because 2 nights ago, I had the calamari ($15) and thought it was such a smaller portion compared to when I had their calamari 3 years ago. I remember they even had the tenticals added before, it was a nice portion too. Now it was like 10 small peices served on a small metal basket. Squid was tender though. I would definently still come back to this restaurant because they still serve other great food. I am in love with their sushi ! I would definitely come back again for them. They are priced well, and it's not like other sushi places that cut the sushi so thin. This sushi was cut properly, and portioned well! I haven't come across this good sushi in ottawa in a VERY long time! Please don't ever change your sushi ways :)

Very friendly service. Very clean washrooms. I found it a bit warm and stuffy inside, but it was a hot muggy day so maybe the doors were open for the patio? I would have the ac and ventilation on for comfort, but it was not a bad experience comfort wise. There isn't a lot of parking and this place gets really busy! The food, it was amazing. Extremely fresh and zesty. The wine and garlic muscles were divine. The fresh shucked oysters were the fastest I've had for a long while and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The calamari was light crisp not greasy and perfectly cooked side note if you finish the muscles first, pour your calamari into the remaining wine and garlic sauce. Mmmmmmm There is WiFi here Highly recommended

I called them 12 times yesterday and today - both the restaurant and fish store. No answer or a busy signal. Are they really in business? If not, why don’t they update their status on their website or googlemap? Also, making a reservation should be available on line. Have to give up on dining there:(.

So this is a two in one. First off the fish market is great, we always get our sushi grade salmon from there, they get it in once or twice a week, but it always goes quickly. Most things are well priced, I would go to T&T to buy wasabi though, very friendly and helpful. As for the restaurant, I would rate it as a 4, we were only three once, the food was good and well priced, just not a 5 rating, you know?

Wow the fish and chips were excellent! Everything was very tasty. The 'non farmed' wild ocean halibut was delish in a very light crispy batter and the fries were made fresh in house.. no frozen fries there! Best fries and fish i ever remember having.
