Beautiful little store. Lots of animals on display and a good variety on sale. The staff seem well educated and knowledgeable. The uniforms and decor really make coming here feel like going to the zoo. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. Their animals also seem healthy and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend the store to others. I usually come here to buy feeder rats and, though I buy frozen, the rats' coats are always shiny and they seem to have been healthy before death, which makes me feel confident feeding them to my snakes.

Pretty disappointed with their service. I was in a hurry today and tried to call in an order for pick up (I had done so last week with no issue) but the lady who answered the phone wouldn’t let me unless I was in the parking lot. I was 15 minutes away. I was in a rush and just wanted to make things efficient - isn’t that the point of curbside? Well, I didn’t end up buying from them today and I hesitate to go back there. Quite rude and bad customer service.

Hands down this has to be the best kept reptile store I’ve ever been to! Did not smell. Almost all the animals were in their cages. They had wonderful decorations throughout the space and some very unique creatures as well. It is definitely a space that’s taken great care of.

The best place to get all your reptile products. The best staff who are so knowledgeable. Never having owned a reptile pet Jenna and Jason walked us through everything. From proper food to equipment every step has been guided by the lost world team. 5 years later and our bearded dragon is healthy and happy. I would absolutely recommend the Lost World to everyone.

I just bought my first bearded dragon here. I am not going to lie I went to all their competitors as well. However, the level of help I got here was amazing and their prices are pretty decent. I go here almost every week now to get food and I am always met with a friendly face. The place is a little small but there is so much to see. It my daughter new favorite spot to go to.

This place is excellent. The animals are very well kept, the vivariums and habitats are clean, the store itself is clean and well stocked, and the staff is extremely educated about the reptiles they sell. The live and frozen feeder products are of good quality, and they stand by the items they sell. I've been going there for about 2 years now, and have only good things to say about them. As the people before me said, I completely disagree with the first post. Additionally, I have been to the pet store in the plaza down the street from Lost World and was totally dismayed at the condition of the reptiles in this section. It was dirty, the section looked old and badly maintained, there was no visual barrier between vivariums (causing a lot of stress for the lizards able to see the other lizards beside them, etc), and most of the vivs were overcrowded and had improper lighting. Lost World is the exact opposite. Lost World is a caring and well run operation and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable and educated staff as well as healthy and well kept reptiles and snakes. Thanks, Lost World! Your efforts are noted and appreciated!

This place was completely useless and caused more harm then good. No exaggeration, when I went with my friend to get her first ever bearded dragon the worker tripped over his own feet and DROPPED the box with the bearded dragon in it! No apology and didn’t even check to see if he was ok in the box! Not only that but then made her mom sign a waiver that the bearded dragon was healthy when we left with it. At the fact I’m not even done this review says a lot! They also gave my friend false information on how to take care of him and the crickets, also tricked them into buying cricket food when not needed and a bigger tank. Once we left the store we realized they didn’t give us the crickets and had to go back to get them. Also gave false information but saying to give him meal worms when he was obviously to young. Overall would just recommend going here.

We went in there and I was interested in getting a corn snake... I got a starter kit for Christmas and we bought an albino corn snake and it never ate for me and died, we took my dead snake back into the store and they treated me like it was my fault. We got 50% off another snake and same issue, we brought him in too and we’re treated the same way. Never going in that crooked place again. I’ll stick with critter cove, we’ve never had an issue with our reptiles from there.

We used to use this place all the time. But since new owners took over we won’t go back. On multiple occasions we were put down verbally and disrespected. The family atmosphere is gone, it feels as if only want the money not the continued business. One of the new owners strive to correct everyone even if information is wrong and gets very upset if you show her the correct information. We’ve owned bearded dragons for a long time and will no longer support this local establishment.
