Awesome customer service, exceptional repair work and incredibly fast as well. My Minn Kota Maxxum control board needed replacing which was done with an upgraded version and back to me in 45 minutes. Works better than brand new. THANK YOU! YOUR THE BEST!

Fast, Friendly and Professional. I sent my Abu Garcia C4 reel to Rockey's as I had some issues with ice up last winter while hunting Musky. They completed the repair in a timely manner after I shipped it away, and at a reasonable cost. The reel is now smooth as butter and saved me a $200+ purchase on a new reel. Excellent overall service... just wish they were local to save on those shipping costs!

Top notch customer service from start to finish. Had a 250KM trip to get to Rockey's so spoke with Tammy a few times beforehand, super nice and super helpful. Showed up for 8am on day I said I would and Tyler was ready. About 1-2 hours later, Tyler had replaced numerous parts on my new Terrova (lemon) and made the necessary repairs. He also took the time to show me what he was doing so I could troubleshoot any future issues. My terrova now runs like it should, first time in 4 months since buying it new. I'd rather not see Rockey's again, but if I have Minn Kota issues, I won't even consider other shops after this experience. 5+ stars

Put in two Okuma rod warranty claims. Got the tip section replaced for one, and since my other model was discontinued, I got to choose a whole new rod. Friendliest ppl in the business and they can fix everything.

My ultrex had been leaking for some time and the whole lower unit got wrecked. I called rockeys Tuesday, and by lunch on Wednesday I had my whole replacement lower unit at my door in cobourg. Tyler was a pleasure to deal with and knew exactly what I needed. Dont call anyone else.

Great service!! I have had a Talon and a few reels repaired over the years and have been pleasantly surprised by their customer service. Most recently had steering cables snap on my Ultrex, not only did he have the parts in stock, had them covered under warranty, shipped and in hand in less than 48 hours. (i'm located in Halifax NS). I wish we had a place like this nearby, but thankfully when you ship to them its back before you know it. Great job!

Thank you so much Rockey's. Brought in my Okuma RTX 30s for a few issues. Although the parts were back ordered and I had to wait 2 months to get the reel back (not their fault whatsoever), the reel came back like new. They did not charge me anything because the reel was under warranty. They even shipped it back to me at no charge. Thank you Rockey's and Tammy. Reviews of this place is spot on. Will definitely use them again for any issues I have.

Spoke to Tammy on the phone who was professional and courteous. The arm assembly for my Pflueger Supreme XT 35 broke and was pleased to hear it was in stock. Ordered on Tuesday with Tammy and received new replacement on Friday. Definitely pleased with the fast service and replacement part was exactly like the original. Will definitely buy products and/or services from Rockey's in the future. Very satisfied with my experience and no one would ever know the arm assembly on my reel was replaced.

I also valueTyler's competancy - he's been able to quickly diagnose every problem I've brought to him over many seasons. And prior to each season I'll usually drop some reels off for clean, lube, and checkup as preventive maintenance to prevent issues when I need the reels to be performing perfectly for my clients.

Drove from north of Parry Sound early the next morning where we were met by Rocky's grandson I believe. He stopped what he was doing to fix our motor while we went for coffee. The women who answers the phones is pleasant. I sent in a reel for repair, it took months for it to get back to me and the issue I had was fixed but now it makes a loud clicking sound when I cast and does not cast as far. I just haven't used the reel at all now and I'm not paying shipping to send it there again. Waste of a reel.
