Used to be a great spot to pick up things quickly due to its small size, however lately the selection in the produce has been very limited, and what they do have is much more expensive then the Metro down the street. Also within the last month they will provide only paper bags which rip easily and they charge 15 cents for them instead of providing the normal plastic bags for 5 cents. I will be avoiding this Foodland from now on and shopping at Metro.

Good variety of food and not too busy. Since it's a smaller store there's less junkfood, but that's a good thing! The produce isn't always the freshest but that happens elsewhere too. Great for a quick small shopping to top up instead of going to the mega stores.

Employees could be a lot nicer to customers looking for items that they never have heard of as opposed to telling them that the item doesn't exist and hanging up on them within 19 seconds of calling. If the item doesn't exist, then why is there a Wikipedia article on it, along with Amazon listings for it. 1 Star, train your employees on customer service better

Open 24/7. The meat with the "hand cut in store" stickers on it is actually cut and wrapped by their in house butcher which seems to be a lost art and makes good sales on steaks from time to time. We love the quality of some of the items (milk, eggs and cheese that you can't get anywhere else Town) we go here at least once per week. Saturday mornings from 10am to 12noon you can get peameal on a kaiser for only $2. The baked goods are baked on site and our kids love their pizza buns. Check it out!

Is it a great grocery store for local individuals who need a quaint place to shop without huge expensive prices. I seem to notice when the grocery store is much smaller the same product in different stores sometimes offer a larger different price. Smaller stores sometimes like to gauge their customers. Foodland is conservative And have very hospitable staff members. I find the prices aren’t a lot different from no-frills or food basics. I’m at the latter grocery stores always feel like some sort of second rate citizen when I go shopping there I don’t usually get that warm fuzzy feeling inside when I leave especially the fact that I have to take a box instead of a bag which I understand is for the environment but most people use small bags for kitchen garbage anyways and containers and I don’t see a real difference when you bring your own bag to the store. If you’re still using plastic bags for kitchen catchers. They also also offer the wall out option which other places sometimes don’t offer. They are more than happy to help me to my car always when I go there which is a nice gesture because it is difficult sometimes for me to carry so many bags. Foodland is a great grocery store for my needs especially and I really enjoy shopping there, since sometimes it’s open 24 hours and I don’t have to wait in huge lineups . I didn’t actually realize I would from looking at it from the outside that I’d be back so many times.

This location always has a great selection of veggies, snacks and pick up and go food items! Perfect for someone on the go who wants a healthier option than fast food drive-thrus. Staff is also pleasant, helpful and always welcoming :)

Some good prices on sale weekly but a bit pricey for frozen, produce and shelf items, it could be reduced by a few dollars. Other than that great variety, selection and well stocked grocery store.

What a great local grocer. I enjoy shopping here because of the fresh quality and clean shopping environment The staff are all super, friendly and helpful. From the fresh bakery/Deli. To the produce and on site butcher shop, this store is conveniently located with ample parking and room for trailers. I have been shopping here for years.

Close, within walking distance from my home. In the past when I lived further away I was able to call in my grocery list and volunteers would gather up my groceries and for $5 Foodland staff delivered them to my home. When mobility issues make shopping very difficult having a service such as this was wonderful!!!

Two stars at best. Could not buy fajita spice mix there, at all. They did have about ten yellowish, rotting English cucumbers on the shelf though. Disgusting to find that, at 2:20 PM. Prices are ridiculously high. Will not be back other than an emergency run, for an occasional packaged food.

Bought oranges and they were rotten, sandwich meat 2 days expired on the shelf. The pre-made cheese and meat lunch kit have 2 day old expiration stickers COVERED with new stickers. Think because it’s a slower store and not shopped at frequently things go unchecked. Baked good section is good - bread is always good.

I ordered 10 packages of Long Johns for a birthday party in my retirement home. When I picked them up I decided I needed more and Kim in the bakery department very quickly made up more while I waited. They were a big hit with the residents and staff. I can't say enough about how helpful Kim and others were preparing them and carrying the big box for me. 5 stars for sure.
