The salad bar (make it yourself salads) are so delicious! There are so many choices, a little bit for everyone! The hot good bar is always full and the staff are super friendly! I just discovered the salad bar and it's a great lunch alternative. I'll definitely be back!

Got a slice of pizza, tasted like cardboard, and cheese was all hard, felt sick afterwards. Got a beef burrito the next day; meat was undercooked, only ate half of it, felt sick afterwards too. I don't recommend ready to eat food here.

They do not enforce mask wearing. Friday at approximately 4:40 pm. Man walked through cash with mask on his chin. I ask him to put it on properly and he ignored the request. Staff remained silent and did not attempt to enforce mask wearing policy. I will not return to this location. Unsafe with current rising cases.

I have attended many cooking classes at the Loft at Longo’s and most all of them have been fabulous and I would highly recommend them (and did) to many people over the years. However my experience this month was incredibly disappointing. I had purchased the class as a gift for a few friends and when we arrived they told us they were full and didn’t have us on record. The coordinator wouldn’t even take the time to look at my confirmation emails or the transaction on my visa in which it proves that I had indeed signed up and paid for the class. My friends were sent home after driving all the way to the class. Very disappointing customer service. There was plenty of food at the class (I had stayed as my spot was purchased through my mom and there wasn’t an issue with that one) so surely 3 more people could have easily stayed. After several calls and emails with the assistant manager he did refund me for the spots that weren’t accepted to be used but overall it was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would still recommend Longo’s cooking classes in general but I won’t be going back to the Burloak location.

LONGOS is my favorite grocery store! I come here a couple times a week . Caitlyn is very nice and helpful at the checkout . Bill at the produce is also very nice and helpful . Lucy at the hot food counter is also very nice and helpful . Bonanza at the deli is nice and helpful too. Do not order your pizza from this location! The manager that runs this department is always in a foul mood and completely unsympathetic to the customers needs as well as to her staff. Pizza station is supposed to be open until 8 p.m. Monday to Friday but if you come after 7:30 they will not make you a pizza, due to the fact that the staff won't get paid past 8 and need that time to clean up. Saturday and Sunday, they closed the counter at 7 and will not make you something if you come in just before 7. Do not by your pizza here!

So,I absolutely love the selection of food. However, my rating is based on the hot foods section. At first, I thought maybe the man was having a bad day (we all do) but, everytime I go in..he is absolutely miserable. He sees customers at the counter and has to stop doing stuff to actually serve customers. I have watched many encounters he has had with other customers and it is the same. Never greets customers, never friendly and always slow to help serve you. Other employees in that area are never eager to serve you but atleast you receive a greeting. May you actually look at how you serve customers and work on trying to establish a better service that makes people want to come back. You seem to have a great selection of products but not good customer service.

While fruits and veggies selection is good, the problem with this location is that cashiers almost never can get the price right, and frequently overcharge as they enter price for MORE expensive similar type of product. Hope this could be corrected by management , otherwise will be going to a different location or to Fortinos .

Always clean and well stocked. Longo's has the highest quality fresh fruit and veg of all the grocery stores in Halton in my opinion. COVID precautions excellent! Belt gets cleaned in between EVERY customer unlike some other grocery stores.

I have to agree would love more health food selections. Great layout of store with plenty of items for ready to eat food. They literally have everything you can think of from pizza to sandwiches, salads and meals ready to microwave or pop in the oven. I was staying at the Sandman Hotel so shopping here was much cheaper than eating out. Got everything I needed for my stay and for a very reasonable price on everything. My only issue was the lack of Coke Cola products available and they don't carry Powerade. I walked over, isn't far but it is coming home walking with bag's of groceries. Would love to see them offer a delivery service to the Hotel directly. I would have gladly payed a fee for that service. Thanks guy's, also my younger cashier was Amazing. She was super helpful and friendly, great job.

Took a cooking class there with some friends for $40... The Chef was great, but everything else about it was a hot mess. The 3 kitchen helpers that were supposed to be assisting him looked like the absolute most dour looking people you could possibly imagine. They ran out of hand soap and paper towels, there wasn't enough space for us all to wash our hands when it came time to help. They couldn't control the temperature of the stovetop, so the chicken we were supposed to eat did not cook properly at all... Which then made the class run 30 min over, so I had to leave before we could eat any of it. I'm giving 2 stars because the chef was good. And the situation was such a disaster it was entertaining. I was very honest on my feedback form and thought I would hear from their quality control team, but I guess they are cool with having you pay $40 to watch a disorganized cooking class with a malfunctioning stovetop, have super miserable assistants, and serve you undercooked chicken.

I just had a wonderful shopping experience at this Longo's store. The staff really goes the extra mile for you, they're so helpful. I always get my ribs here because they're the best. Longo's has a special kiosk for their own special coffee (Bruno's blend) and I got to try their Bavarian Chocolate coffee, ground right there. It was so delicious and a good price that I just had to buy some.

I was in this afternoon and spoke to two very friendly staff in the bakery to discuss ordering cupcakes for my twins' glow in the dark party. The staff were kind enough to humor me and allow me to test out their icing under my blacklight flashlight (never leave home without it). I later proceeded to buy several things and neglected to grab a basket or cart and an employee stopped and offered to grab me a cart or basket. So kind of her. Cashier on lane 1 was very friendly. Exceptional customer service!

Had a craving for a cupcake, Longo's was nearby. Hugely, hugely disappointed. I've gotten used to buying cupcakes at my local Fortino's, made by La Rocca. Delicious and small enough to be almost guilt free. In Longo's I asked for buttercream frosting, of the 5 or 6 flavours they had only one was buttercream. Bought that and it was awful. Same price as the La Rocca ones, but none of the quality. These are Longo's housemade I believe. If they did use butter for the icing - it was salted! The cupcake itself was a dry cake mix-type concoction. I couldn't even finish it. Will never buy in their bakery section again. (Unfortunately, not the first bad exprience I've had with their baked goods, but it was the final straw.)

We got a birthday cake from Longo’s at Burloak. It was a triple layer chocolate cake with whipped cream. The cake tasted so yumm. The texture was perfect, the sweetness for the right level. I highly recommend it and we will back for sure. Thank you, Longo’s bakery team.

Longos is by far the best quality of produce, my go to place for meat, fruits and of course their amazing fresh orange juice which is a family treat almost every weekend. Today I am giving you one star because me and my family were unwelcomed, I dragged my family and friends on a Sunday morning to try their cooked food for brunch, thinking it is a healthier option, we were many, apparently a crime, the place was practically empty except for us, my child threw a piece of trash on the floor and I immediately ran to fix the situation and talk to her but in a second a staff member had to come reprimand me, accusing my child of causing distress to other customers, causing my 5 year old to break in tears, not sure why other customers were more important, are kids not welcomed at Longos unless they are strapped in the cart without uttering a word. The fact that your employee kept arguing before realizing they had to apologize, the fact that I was standing next to the customer service desk and the lady behind didn’t think to come intervene to win me back, tells me that there is no way I am stepping foot in there again

Wow Longos Wyecroft!! Advertising online and thruout the store a fabulous sale on Lobsters...don't usually shop there because of the ridiculous prices, but do on ocassion, went and filled my cart with everything I needed. Get to the seafood counter ... No lobsters left..too bad that happens but the ad is still running on a tv right behind the seafood counter and on signs leading you in the front door. The "manager" was there and we asked why don't you take down the TV ad and signs if you're sold out . Her response "it is what it is" "this is first world problems" excuse me I think your prices are targeted to a "first world store" We were shocked and took exception to her remarks and she proceeded to tell us we could leave the store! WHAAAAT! We dropped our carts of food and left! I understand being stressed in this climate, but we are also working everyday and it doesn't give you a licence to be rude to customers! Longos...if this is the management you put in place to show your other staff members how to conduct themselves...see ya! Headed to Fortinos!

On Dec 24th I came to pick up my order for my Festive Meal and a few other things. From the moment I was greeted by the person checking for masks to the time I left and Wendy helped my as my cashier I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and personable and it’s potentially a very busy day for most preparing for the holidays but that did not impact service. As I waited in line at customer service for my Festive meal as the small line (3 ppl) formed they immediately had more staff to help us out. The delivery of my order came with the person making sure I had everything I ordered and was friendly. As I checked out Wendy was so friendly and was making nice conversation. She takes a lot of pride in her work and made sure the my floral arrangement was packaged. I was so impressed that I did call back that day to let the manager know. And she was equally as friendly. Thank you everyone at Longo’s for being so genuinely friendly and making my experience exceptional!

This is quite a big Longos, the aisles are pretty wide and it's got a large frozen section (compared to other locations I've been to). It's always clean and feels spacious. The staff here are always soo nice and ready to chat, it's really so pleasant shopping here even though I've mostly come to dread grocery shopping in the pandemic, I prefer to go here:). They always seem to have enough cashiers so there's no distanced lines clogging up the aisles (or maybe I go at less busy times).

The store is a beautiful place, but what I had witnessed with my own eyes today from a so called “manager” in customer service was appalling. She was rude and disrespectful to a customer asking a simple question. The poor guy seemed shocked at her answer and went elsewhere looking for the help he wanted in a different area of the store. Shame on her.. I wish I had stepped up and had given her a piece of my mind. Unfortunately, I had my granddaughter with me, I will be returning to the store to speak to someone OTHER than this woman. That is DEFINITELY not what customer service is.

This store has an excellent selection and great fruit/veggies as well as a surprisingly affordable meat section. However, I must say this review is primarily 5 stars due to one employee. Louise is probably the best cashier I have ever seen at any grocery store. If anyone in charge reads this give that lady a raise! She deserves every penny of it.
