This place slaps, easily the best high end grocer I've been to. Its huge, they have everything, and the employees are always helpful. Self checkout is somehow never busy even though the store usually is.

Love this location. Clean space and very friendly staff working the hot food section (specifically the Filipinos)! Love the bakery as well. Now if only some of the customers would drive a little slower in the parking lot it’d be great - my family member was almost run over by an suv.

Grandiose well organized store. Shelves look very neat and beautiful. Fresh produce, meats, fish and a lot of products you want to buy in a supermarket. Fresh breads and pastries are delicious. Hot table offers variety of incredibly tasty dishes. Roasted beef, mashed potatoes, veggies, side dishes are better than in some restaurants. Selection of cheese makes hard to pick just one kind. Sweets counter looks gorgeous, cakes look like artwork. It’s a pleasure to shop in this clean, classy upscale supermarket.

This store has great quality food and products. I typically order from the pc express app and pick up my orders. I have to say there is this employee Nick who works in the pc express department and he is exceptional. Provides excellent customer service, friendly, and very thorough. He has an excellent work ethic and a pleasure to deal with. We need more people like Nick in the world.

This location is very spacious and has many advantages: It has a lot of parking spots available; you can buy hot meal from variety of options (salad, pizza, pasta, fried chicken, fried seafood, etc.) and it has dining area to sit down and enjoy the hot meal you bought (Definitely not in COVID pandemic and only on normal times). Store is clean and staff are helpful.

Nice store, convenient location, great underground parking for winter months or rainy days but disappointing there are NO Expecting mothers or People with children parking. Update: Dec 21/21 They have expecting mothers/family spots now. Been since at least summer that they put them in, should have mentioned sooner but life is busy.

Always a great experience being here. The underground parking is very convenient. Amazing staff and the store layout is very easy to shop. The footfall never seems too make the story busy, though the selections are really good. Few things that make the store super great : very economical customized cake for every event, fresh gourmet food, fresh flower/plants, wide array of coffee beans to choose.

Review for online orders 03-2020. I tried to place an order on Sunday, March 22. Delivery/pick-up wait time is 7 days. Unbelievable. It could be really hard to self-isolate and be served by Fortinos. Metro did a better job (4 days delivery). Walmart promised to deliver in 3 days, but my money went to Metro. Previous review for in-store items April 2019. You get what you expect to: good service, good selection, good quality. Prices are on the higher end, however.

A usual grocery trip this morning and two of their employees, Lucy and Naseem Rana helped me check out. What beautiful lovely souls these fine ladies are! I suggested they both should train employees at other supermarkets!!! Makes you happy when your cashiers go out of their way to help you, are extra nice and helpful. Which is why I don’t go to food basics across the street! This is the value you get for slightly higher prices. Better service and higher quality ????

Great store. Always see Management walking around making sure the store is perfect and the employees are very friendly. Ample selection, very clean. The store has a Cafe, florist, hot food area, bakery, prepared foods including salads...its an all in one shop. Always a great experience and worth the drive from Mississauga.

The goto supermarket in the neighborhood. Convenient location, friendly staff, great stock. They have half decent drip coffee along with made to order breakfast sandwich combos as well which is perfect for Saturday morning grocery shopping. I also appreciate their in house bakery making fresh bread and other treats daily.

I wish I could give zero to rude and unprofessional customer service One cashier here is so rude and unprofessional my wife is pregnant and can’t lift anything my wife asked her to scan drink on the bottom of the cart but she refused to and forced my wife to do it my wife asked her for scanner so she can scan herself and then she started shaking her head she didn’t help packing at all she was standing there like a Queen

I love this Fortinos! It has an underground parking which makes the entire experience way cooler and just fun. I sometimes go to Fortinos to do groceries specifically because they have this underground parking. The selection st Fortinos is also great as they have a fresh bakery, café, carvery, roast chicken and asian noodles. Great for if you want a quick lunch at a reasonable price. They also have fresh fruits and veg, as well as a fish section with tons of fresh fish and meat. I do wish they had Halal meat so they could cater to the Muslim community

Our new go-to grocery store since we’ve moved to Oakville. We use PC Express to do grocery pick ups every week and have been really impressed with their pick-up area in the underground parking garage. On a number of occasions I’ve had to pick up a couple of extra things or flowers, and the pick up staff always store my groceries and close my trunk for me.

I’ve been shopping here from day 1 of its opening. Quality and price is untouchable. Most employees are polite and helpful. Had a problem just one time and Manager was quick to solve problem and empathetic and appreciative that I am a loyal customer. Able to find unique Italian products that are becoming more and more rare (more like extinct) in other supermarkets! Keep up the good work Fortinos Oakville! PS: All Fortinos stores seem to be the same in regards to service!

Great bakery section with fresh bread made on site daily. They have a rather large selection of hot foods as well as pies, cakes and cookies. I always take the time to order an espresso from their little cafe - it gives me the pick me up needed! I am able to find European items that are hard to find at other grocery stores so for that reason (and the great tasting espresso) I always stop in when I am in the Oakville area.

This Fortinos is a first class grocery store. The various hot take out/dine in options are impressive. The flower shop is one of the best you will find inside a grocery store. This is an enormous store that offers everything you need and want. I'd say this is one notch above Loblaws on the East Mall in Etobicoke.

She greeted me with a smile, and when I forgot to get coffee she allowed me to run and grab it (luckily there wasn’t a lineup at that time). Very nice customer service each time. A truly dedicated team of great people. I had my car battery die once while waiting for curbside pickup and the staff was able to help provide a boost and save my day. I also noticed that in the rare cases when I received bad or faulty items, I got a quick refund upon making a simple phone call. No questions asked. The entire team is great but a special mention for Darion (sp?) Who has helped provide great service more than once. Kudos. Keep it up.

All the staff there are super friendly and helpful! The person who cleans the carts at the door said hello and goodbye with a big smile on her face each time I passed. The girl in the produce section went out of her way to find me a product that was not on the shelf. The cashier was super friendly, asked me how I want my groceries bagged, so as not to damage anything or create cross-contamination. She offered some very useful information and advice and seemed to genuinely love her job. When I put all my groceries into my car, I turned around to return my cart and there was already an associate running up to me, cheerfully offering to return my cart for me. Exceptional staff at this location! :)

Several bad experiences buying meat at their location. I typically buy whole rabbits for my dogs to cook for them. Numerous times I have had to return them as they were rotten. Rabbits are not suppose to smell like dead fish!! I have no issues buying from other stores, just this Fortinos. Several other occasions I've purchased other meats from this location and the next day, they smelled rotten. Never again. 3 stars because the store itself, no issues, Just their meats.

We ordered prime rib to go, medium rare, they are so tender and the marbling is well balanced. It came with potatoes and mushrooms and veggies too. Our order came with gravy and horseradish on the side. Next time we will try their Porcheta, pork belly wrapped around an inside filling, then deep fried. Mmmmm, yummy!

The fresh produce and meat area is huge. They have an eating area so big there are booths, with glass dividers(covid). Its not cheap but for Oakville its not the most expensive either. I noticed they have a basement and the carts say (elevator only) so I guesd they dont want you pushing the shopping carts down the escalators . Good advice!
