I do love having a small locally owned pet store close by. They know my dog and remind me what flavour of food she didn't like... spoiled rotten dog

Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find the right brush for my dog and gave him a few extra treats while we were there. I highly recommend you check out her shop in the Ross bay plaza.

I stopped buying my pet food here. Whenever I went in and asked for help the young woman at the cash wouldn't bother to stand up to help me find things. She would just sit in her chair and offered minimal help. There are lots on pet supply stores in Victoria with staff who are trained and eager to help. I prefer to spent my money with those retailers.
