I placed an order for delivery, (as I’ve been sick) the young lady, Ashley or Alysha (no sure) was wonderful. Very helpful, kind, and patient. I placed my order, and received the order the following day (yesterday) the young man came to my door, and was very kind and polite. ( many delivery agents now days leave your goods outside the building). Kindness is something we all have to practice now days, genuine kindness. What can I say, I received amazing customer service from the staff of this store.

I've always thought this pet store was a little big for its britches.I Recently was hired at the location but was laid off without reason or cause dispite great effort on my part working for this location and earnestly wanting to succeed, although I recognize I'm biased due to my circumstances with this business I can now, being more familiar with this location, say I don't recommend shopping here as a customer unless you are willing to spend a lot of money for inventory which mostly consists of dog food(the majority of which either being high brand kibble or Raw), which is in turn overpriced and you require a lot of staff attention. I'll give credit where credit is due and say that the staff are friendly and facilitating to pets that come into the store and are courteous in that regard but Frankly for my needs I'd rather go to boselys.

I had a wonderful experience the first time I went shopping there! I needed to recharge the battery on my e-bike and they immediately made accommodation for that and secured the battery while I shopped and then had lunch across the street. They have amazing deals and they rotate them every month . I was introduced to a food line for cats I didn't know of, called "open farms" and those are all sustainably harvested products. My cats loved it and I will be back soon. The store clerk was incredibly nice to me, and sent me home with many samples to try out, and talked me out of buying the ziwi cat food that was on sale because he said it was important to first try a sample to see if my cats liked it , and it turns out they didn't like it actually. Superb customer service! I bicycled in all the way from the ferries just to shop here, and it was totally worth my time!

Great variety of products for all species of pets, and everything is very easy to find...The only issue I have is that the staff are annoyingly over attentive. They ask you if you need help within the first second of you walking in the door. Instead of a simple "good morning" or "hello" and letting you have a look around, they are asking you questions instantly. Not the worst thing ever I know haha!! It's just really annoying!!
