I've only ever had good experience with the customer service here. They have a great selection of products. The only thing I don't like are the hours. Since I live downtown, it can be a bit of a rush to get here before they close at 6 p.m.

Only pet store in town for aquarium supplies, plants and fish. The selection is limited but then they have to fly live stock in. Staff is very helpful.

The store is nice, staff is friendly, nice pets accessories BUT the OWNER is not friendly and accommodating specially when your returning a defective item , you’ll see the face reaction and it’s not nice. First impression last.they lose one customer. Better to shop at Borealis or Qimmiq kennels they are all friendly and accommodating even the owner of Borealis Kennels. I have 3 Dogs and I love buying things for them.
