I ordered online from Fragbox and the delivery was very quick. I purchased beginner corals as I am new to the hobby, and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of corals I received! I got several zoas, montis, xenia, and favia from the easy frag pack. Fragbox even threw in an extra coral, which was very kind of them. There was also a baby nerite snail on one of my frags- it is very cute. Thank you Fragbox; I will be purchasing again the future :)

Even over a long weekend I had it from one side of the country to the other in 4 days from order. Sadly all my SPS didn't last much longer than 2 days but thats potentially the luck of the draw. I just wanted to say off the bat that you guys are amazing. A couple days ago my mom ordered a couple corals for me in exchange for work at the farm. We ordered a gsp and an armor of god frag. we were called and told that the armor of god melted and they would be sending an Utter chaos, (which was way above my budget) for no extra cost. not only did they do that but they sent a free coral frag (Which is yet to he identified, but is very colorful, even if half open). This is a magical place. Fragbox sells live corals and other aquarium products, as well as a small amount of fish, crabs, shrimp, and snails. Going in is like being transported into another world. All the corals glow under the UV lights that enhance their natural colors. I was here for a while ogling the fish, the snails, the crabs, and the occasional urchin and starfish, and saw a number of customers come in. Love the environment. Each customer has so many stories about his/her own tank and that makes Fragbox not just a store, but a place for coral and aquarium hobbiests to gather and share.

Though the girl was nice, the guy at the computer wasn't even friendly. We weren't even greeted and had to stand at the counter until they decided they should try to talk to us. Not to mention NONE OF THE STAFF WERE WEARING MASKS. There was also an open box cutter with the blade extended to about an inch, maybe a little more just sitting on a shelf that was maybe 2 ft tall. Thankfully we were carrying our 2.5 year old or things could have really gone sideways since it was well within her reach. Sticking to Big Al's.

Made an order a big order from Saskatchewan, was extremely disappointed! The bagged coral frags arrived in ice cold water which didn't help them make it through travel. By the time we were able to accumulate them it was clear they were not going to make it due to stress. 3 out of the 12 made it and the 3 that did make it have aptasia on the frags. When my first order arrived they sent more to replace the ones that did die due to stress but again those one didn't make it either!. I was impressed by the reviews but will definitely buy elsewhere. The packaging they arrived in was very poor aswell! Please buy elsewhere DO NOT BUY ONLINE it's not worth buying dieing frags contaminated with aptasia!

Ordered a coral I get it the first time was on FedEx not showing up on time so lost coral, but they send me a new one full of pest had flatworms a gross looking sponge all over the frag and over 8 of those tube worms things, luckily my tiger cowrie ate the sponge showed everything under was able to get everything off but had to figure that out cause fragbox decided to not reply and help me just ignores emails, Goodluck getting stuff from them hopefully you get better service

This is a great little coral shop. It's too bad it's so annoying to get to, and the parking situation in that plaza is atrocious. I had heard they carried the Chinese Jebao DC return pumps, so I took a trip down to get one. I didn't really look at their corals but they had an excellent equipment selection including a nice selection of APEX products that you don't usually see in other stores. The girl that was there was knowledgeable and helped me pick the right pump for my system. I wish the store wasn't in such an awkward location because I would love to give them more of my business.

Probably the best selection of corals online in Canada, and the store is even better. There are lots of great reef shops in the gta and fragbox is certainly up there with any of them. Very clean store with fair pricing on both the high end and the low end. You can find the "designer" pieces with expected pricing but there is also a great selection of low cost frags in the $10-$20 range. You can leave with a lot or a few select high end pieces. Either way you will be happy and customer service is second to none. Great place to shop online or in person.

The shipment came promptly, all the invertebrates were alive and as soon as I finished my drip acclimation, placed them in the tank they started eating which is a great sign. I really don’t recommend this place. They don’t care about any information they give to clients. They sold a sick star fish for me with many legs broke and I just put in my aquarium and it died. I asked about about some fish that I have and he gave wrong information for sell his shrimp and crab, he told I can put together. The fish eat all of than. I spent almost two hundred dollar on hes store and list is on second in my home. I don’t have shrimp, crab and star fish anymore. I’m very very sad about. He lost a good client, because always I was going there, I both my aquarium there with another girl. I’m very regret to make business with him.

I'm disappointed with my dealings with Fragbox unfortunately. I have been wanting to start a SW tank for years and finally decided I would go for it. I've been ordering pieces for it for the past few weeks and have been searching for the particular heater I wanted everywhere. I was very excited to realize that Fragbox had it listed as in stock on their website! So I ordered it along with a couple of other pieces of equipment a week ago and assumed it would be processed and packed within a few days. Unfortunately today I get an email saying I've been refunded because what I ordered was out of stock. The email didn't tell me what was out of stock so I can't tell you which part of my order has caused the problem. Then when I checked their website again everything is still listed as in stock. I'm just disappointed. I had hoped that all of the pieces would be here this week but now I have to search for somewhere else that has the heater in stock. I'm hoping to give Fragbox another shot in the future because they do have awesome reviews!! But for now I'll go see if I can find the stuff somewhere else. I really wish I could give half stars because I want to give 2 1/2 because they carry a wide variety of stuff and their website had a lot of useful information, but I was very disappointed in my ordering experience with them this time.

The customer service that March (Fragbox) provided to me earlier this week was over and above. He did something that he didn't have to do. A little history, I was a customer of March's years ago when he wasn't retail - he was just selling his frag's (outstanding healthy ones) on a forum. The health and quality of his corals always meant a great deal to him - he was very proud of his husbandry and it showed. I have just returned to the hobby and my new set-up is presently cycling. I wanted to start to collect some hardware and thought I would reach out to Fragbox. When I contacted Fragbox this week about buying some hardware, I didn't bring to his attention that I had been a coral customer of his way back when, I was just a stranger to him and it didn't matter - his customer service hasn't changed one bit after all these years. I am sure that it is that very customer service attitude and the outstanding corals he sold that confidently enabled him to plunge into the retail world. He still cares about his customers. Can't say enough good things about fragbox. Been ordering from them since they first opened and has been top notch service and are able to cater to your delivery schedule. The quality of service and frags has not dropped since then either, They have some amazing frags and they always look great after I put them in my tank. Have no complaints of pest hitchhikers ordering from them. Packaging is excellent and frags remain at a decent temperature when shipped through the deepest and coldest of Manitoba winters. Shipping rates are also very reasonable compared to some other online retail stores which is a great plus. These guys are usually my go to when ordering frags. First purchase at FragBox and won't be the last. I did purchase a wysiwyg (buy what is pictured) Constellation with 3 polyps. I received one frag with 2 polyps and another with one. So it did't come exactly as pictured, but you know what, I was very happy with it as I could place them in different parts of the tank. Everything I own for my salt water tank was purchased at fragbox from livestock to hardware. Also to the previous reviewer if location being "awkward" is the sole reason why you wouldnt leave a company 5 stars you really shouldnt be reviewing anything. Your judging the store you went to and not its location. You obviously went there because they had whatever you needed, that and the service is what you should be judging not its location. I have been going to Fragbox for the majority of my corals and equipment for the last year and a half. I ordered a few mixed corals and a beginners frag pack from this company a month or so ago and forgot to post a review. The packaging was excellent for the order and surprisingly everything was very clearly labelled (not always he case with mail orders). Corals arrived healthy and all are doing well in my tank right now, my friend, who I split the order with, was very happy with her frag pack. I did order a coral that was out of stock and communication with the company was very quick in terms of updating the order. In summary, I was very happy with service, shipping and prices and will order again!

I did in person pick up to get an acropora and a hammer coral. Upon further inspection the day I got the coral and got home I noticed the acropora was dying and turning white at the bottom. I emailed them the day after but they did not respond and I spent my money on an already dying coral and on top of that they didn't respond. Always inspect your corals but in my case I couldn't because it was dark outside.
