I used them to cut and reseal my summers catch of salmon, halibut and ling cod. The cost was $1 per pound and $1 per package to process. I had 1lb packages done and it only tool them 3 weeks. They did an awesome job, however, do not know how they compare to St.Jeans S a smoke house.

Always ask for double smoke. Never had smoked salmon like this the one made here! I sleep with the chunk of the fish under my pillow, so I can have a bite once in a while in the middle of the night.

We have been using Yoshi's in North Vancouver for about 5 fishing seasons now. Experimented this year, got the halibut and ling cod smoked as well as the regular spring salmon. I can not recommend highly enough trying different fish if you have the opportunity. The smoked halibut seems to be the best, most likely because it is a fairly oily fish to start with. Of course the smoked spring salmon on cream cheese &crackers is a hit at Christmas. Yoshi's meticulous attention to the care of the fish is top quality that is why I gave him 5 stars. He will continue to get my business.
