Even when the employee asked the supervisor for help with our questions she refused to get out of her chair to help us, another customer came in and she called out to the first employee she saw from her seat and sent them to help. Definitely poor leadership and customer service skills in this store at all. Very uneducated about the products they sell and it's a firearm store.

I love this business. They have a great selection of sport, clothing, and outdoor products. The high end clothing is expensive but worth every penny. I get my winter coat, jackets, speciality socks, long underwear, slippers, boots, summer footwear, swimwear, firearms, camping gear, cool water bottles that work great. They have water sports gear, boards, etc. They have tons of camping gear. They have a large gun room for those who hunt and sport shoot. They have all of the accessories. You can't miss out on going to Lefebvre's, even if you just go to brouse. The staff are excellent, they know their stuff. They're friendly and helpful.

Absolutely Terrible retailers, I find the inventory management constantly forces me to by on line, North Bay is concerned by on-line sales hurting local businesses but really this business is just giving the sales away with terrible inventory management never having the key items in stock, and policies to make life easier for the staff with little or no considerations for the customers that made that store what it once was.

I cannot say enogh good things about Lefebvre's Source for Adventure. Walked in and purchased 2 Kayaks and a little bit of gear. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. This is a shinning example of why I like to encourage everyone to support local businesses. This business also has the mindset to support Canadian Companies. Really, why would you buy anywhere else? This is a great place to buy guns. Bought a gun in March and had problems with it. Got great service from the shop in getting the problem resolved. Also had a problem with a scope I bought there and didn't have the receipt. They just gave me another one. I would recommend this shop to anyone

Very over priced but locally owned. Gun salesman had very little knowledge about anything in the store and zero ammunition I was interested in. Bought nothing from store and left very unhappy. Aug 25 2020 Gave them another try! I bought a beautiful new Franchi 12 today! I was dealing with Conor he was very helpful with ordering and the purchase. There was a little mix up on the price so i just paid the extra couple hundred because i was so insulted by the other gun sales man there and his ignorance towards me that i just paid and walked out with an awful taste in my mouth. I like shopping local but from now on i think I'll take the trip to elwood Epps!

Horrible place to go, rather order my products online and pay for shipping then go through them, owners don’t know retail, they mark up the prices for no reason, and to top it off they don’t support the troops 100 percent wouldn’t recommend going there
