Great customer service and very organised... even though I came last minute for oil change they were able to accommodate me effeciently and my concerns and questions were well addressed by the advisor... I am very happy with the service centre here and would certainly recommended... I have been in touch with other Ford centres in other cities/towns and they were not helpful at all.

Called in to get my recalled part replaced. Cause i got a letter in the mail saying it will be replaced when the part is made. I phone stockfish ford and they told me they wouldnt replace it unless its broke. They said they will only reset the computer. I will NEVER waste 11,000 on another ford. Putting 1 star is being generus
Incredibly unimpressed... Well that's an understatement. First mishap with the keys. (Things happen) Roud roud roud service associates then the shuttle driver told me my address is wrong and that my number is wrong when it's there files that need updated. Unbelievable

Ive bought four cars off this dealership in the last 10 years. All brand new. 2 focus RS in last 2.5 years. My 2018 RS LE was purchased in May. Unfortunately it didn't come with the advertised centre caps and I thought it would be a simple fix. While my salesman has tried to help out, it seems the sales manager has effectively told me to piss off. Something so cheap for them to rectify isn't being fixed. They want over 200$ for the 4 wheel caps that are advertised to come with the car. I can't express my frustration with their lack of accountability and how they want to brush you aside once they have your money. DO THE RIGHT THING FOLKS. COME ON ALREADY!!!!
Great service at Stockfish
Unfortunately for thier service/warranty dept I'd like to give them 0 stars. I went in with a tail light filling up with water of course it's winter time so the water is frozen. The person at the counter looks at it and says oh it's cracked. I said nope the water inside is frozen see the bubbles! He says nope can't warranty it. Posted 3 pics first two show it full of water other shows it inside and thawed with most of the water drained. I will never buy a vehicle there. I bought my truck in Sturgeon falls at Savage ford. Called the sales man he says not cracked Nope I sent him pics he says no problem I'll get you a new one.

I like looking at the $100 car lot but the prices are too high based on the condition of the cars. They have good staff. I suggest the used cars are inspected and priced to sell.

Jody came running over willing and ready to help... I am so very grateful for the kindness / skills & knowledge to help me above & beyond to get me back on the road in no time! A huge thank you to you Jody for your help, you have no idea how appreciated this act of kindness is to me.
Service disapointing
I walked into the dealership as I had a couple of spare hours and it was one of the memorable spontaneous decisions I have ever made. Covid notwithstanding, I was made to feel welcome by Mark Lyons. We sat down and I had one of my best sales experience ever. Not only did I end up with a premier product, I also have a person focused friend. I bought a 2020 Edge Titanium and the car has been a treat. With just the correct balance of technology and ease of use, an engine that responds well and paddle shifting for those of you who like to shift for themselves, it's ideal. Thank you Mark...
We just purchased a 2018 Expedition from Stockfish yesterday and felt a quick review/acknowledgment was warranted for the great service & vehicle itself. The service from Maegan (Laframboise) was excellent. She knew what she was talking about, organized, and just made the whole process simple & smooth. My insurance company was even notified, the license plates from my trade in were switched while we were inside doing the paper work, we were offered everything from warranty options, rust protection options, and snow tire options. Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Gould who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was super to deal with. Being a previous owner of a Dodge Ram I am so glad I made the switch to a Ford truck. Go see Chris if you want to buy a vehicle there.
Today I got stuck in Northbay on route back home to Ottawa. I called up stockfish on a busy holiday weekend they got me in and out in two hours and back on the road. Incredible friendly service
I spent 5000$ on my truck to get fixed and they were verey rude and not professional what so ever plus my truck is leaking lots of oil since it was there and it has not run good since I hope they can come good and get if fixed right that's all I ask

I'm not sure how to write a review that would do George Stockfish Ford justice in my experience. I was recently involved in an accident and while I assumed the worst, I was amazed by the good people of the service departments' efforts. They made sure I had a vehicle to get me around in the meantime, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. While accidents are always terrible, in retro spec, I assumed it would be much worse than it turned out to be. The customer service was nothing short of excellent! George, you have a great team!

Got a great price on my F-150, thanks Mark L. The service dept. Isn't the most quick at getting back to you though. I've left 3 messages about getting a remote starter installed and no call backs

I have had several bad experience with the maintenance dept. will never go back. Had a rattle inside front passenger seat. Asked if they could fix. They tried fixing it and in the process broke the zipper. They indicated to me that the zipper was already broken. How was that possible, no one used the zipper ever. They didn’t take responsibility and wouldnt fix it. Told me to take care of it myself. In another instance I searched up a fix for my USB port as it would not recognize my iPhone for car play. On line it recommended replacing the USB dock. When I went in and asked to get the part the the lady at service (Jen) was very rude and stated that I didn’t know what I was taking about. I proceeded to show her the video and she dismissed me. I ended up going to the parts counter where the person there did a search and found the part for me. I installed the part and it worked fine. Every-time I have gone to the maintenance group, mainly Jen, she was not helpful and quite rude. There are another two times where I have had issues but won’t go into details. Too issues unfortunately. Be careful if you bring your vehicle to their maintenance group

After sitting with Chris and walking through several options he was extremely professional and followed up with me to ensure all of my purchasing needs were met. I did not buy a truck from Chris solely based on price point I was willing to spend. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going to Chris first! 2018 was hauling a pontoon trailer from North Bay back to Kingston. all 6 studs on my left rear tire sheared off at the same time. the hub dropped inside the rim an rode it around till i got the truck stopped. Had ti flat decked to FORD in North Bay Stockfish FORD. they were quick to replace the 6 studs with Ford quality parts and then install the tire and said i was good to go. not even a year later was out the western canada and with less then 80000 kms on the truck i noticed a wobbling on the left rear side. again i pulled over and when i popped the hub cap i found 4 of the 6 Ford parts (studs all snapped off again. Called ford in stockfish when it first happned and they said if its only the studs we would replace them,, Im in regina Sask and i would have to have it at a ford dealer. after my rear bearing started grinding and snapping i had to stop in Thunder Bay at pinewood Ford and when they called the ford dealer in stock fish they said they are independent of each other and i would have to call my self..when i called i was confronted again with a John Baldwin as the service manager and he just basically said what was the mileage,, i infomred him that i was now having to replace a bent axel on the left rear side and a bent bearing and i had told the rep working on the truck of the noise he said it was only a rubbing noise and it would be fine. i am now having to also replace the complete rear and and it was like a pointless conversation as he did seem to care..Pinewood Ford in Thunder bay was just shocked by the reply. when i called Ford Canada they didnt even have a record of me having service done at their shop.. good thing i paid for it on my Visa card, getting my receipt from home and sending to Ford as soon as i can..

Revision: Unfortunately, the individuals in the service department are dishonest so I had to revise my previous (see below) review. I won't be returning. At a crossroads with my 2014 Ford Fusion that was on lease from a dealer in Calgary, I was very cautious about approaching a new dealership and a new sales department. I was fortunate because I lucked into speaking to Richard Gould. I cannot praise this guy enough! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he is honest. Yes!! An honest salesman!! He gave me straightforward advice that resulted with no immediate sale for him, and he likely saved me a lot of money in the end. If Stockfish Ford conducts themselves with half as much integrity I will be a lifelong customer. I know that when I am ready to purchase in the future, I will call Richard as I know I will be in good hands. Thank you!

worst service staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. custom ordered a truck and they 100% didn't do a PDI because there were several issues that wouldn't have passed if they did. argued for weeks about it, dealt with staff that was rude and unprofessional. got a phone call apologizing and giving excuses for the behavior. The next time I went in got the same treatment from the same person. They never fixed the issues i literally had to go to a different dealership who agreed that the PDI more than likely wasn't done or not done properly, and that all the issues i had been pointing out were in fact issues that needed to be dealt with and should have been caught during initial inspection.

Terrible sales. Didn't put both names on the ownership like we asked so we had to do it at our cost. Asked the manager to correct their mistake told me they won't do anything. Took my vehicle in for a recall and they "found"1300 dollars of work because of the recall that I had to pay for. I don't recommend this place.
Fixed problems that caused more problems, went in to get my transmission clutch fixed and after it was done it still did it ,also had my door latch and then my window went
