We have visited this place 8 years ago. The ambiance, seating, social distancing and the location were all good. The breakfast had big servings with ok taste but my wife liked the beans and the grilled potatoes.

mark polintan

They didn't pack my salad, I found out when I got home. Also they burned the hamburger. Literally if your starving I still wouldn't eat here. The poutine tasted like they haven't changed the oil in the fryer in monthes.

Armen Z

The food is decent and service is good. Great spot for a bite after you’re done with the Casino, open 24 hours!

Saurabh Kumar

The rating of this place ought to be higher. We ordered a breakfast wrap around 1am when nothing else was open. Truthfully, we weren't expecting much. What we were, however, was delightfully and pleasantly thrilled at how good the wrap was. Generous helpings of fresh avocado, lots of ham, enough potatoes to share, and a mountain of flavour. Friendly staff too, considering the late hour.

Ricky Khurana

Old school dinner vibes, decently priced for the area and 24/7. Went during CGT staff where working extra hard with the crowd but remained friendly. Had steak breakfast and cheesecake, shh! ????

Henrique Wicher

The price was fair, the food was decent, but not spectacular and the selection was limited. The atmosphere was nice. Drinks are fairly expensive, so your bill will add up if you get a juice and coffee.

Michael Nortei

A classic diner, in a good way. Undoubtedly one of the best options in the Falls area. Prompt service, solid breakfast, large space, nice people.

Bob M. (Bmer)

We went for breakfast and each got the breakfast wrap. It was good and huge! Our server was great.

Patrick de Vries

Pricey, but the portions are huge and you can easily share a plate. We were seated by the bar and could see everyone's meals being delivered. Everything looked phenomenal and the plates were more then generously sized. Be careful, everything is a la carte and there is a charge for *everything*. My sister asked for gravy to go with her mashed potatoes and what was delivered was a gravy dish large enough for a family on Thanksgiving. We were then charged $4 for gravy without a warning. Normally, gravy would be included at a restaurant. The portion of gravy was too big and most of it was wasted. I feel like the the waiter should have mentioned it would be an additional $4. My only other complaint was that our waiter kept reaching over people's meals to deliver food... his arms were hairy and he was shedding. Overall, food was delicious and service was decent.

The ambiance is very good. Unfortunately service was very slow. Kids activity sheet was given but we had two requests 3 times for crayons. We got attention from our waitress after multiple attempts. The final invoice was given but she never asked if want to pay by card or cash and assumed payment by cash... Again came after a long time to ask if we needed a payment machine.

Went here for breakfast because the rating on here was better than anything within walking distance. Service was quick but food was terrible. I had the eggs Benedict and all you could taste in the Hollandaise sauce was butter. Breakfast for 2 people should not cost over $60 for not so tasty food.

Neil Glover

Service was slow but it was brunch time. Very pricey for sure but I was happy with the portions and taste. Got eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and potatoes.

Bill Tibbs

Had lunch at The Famous yesterday. Was very disappointed. The prices are high. I had a bowl of clam chowder $7.99 I doubt if there was a full cup. All broth with a small piece of potato. Was not satisfied. My husband and brother had the hot turkey sandwich $24.99. Turkey was not cooked through and they could not eat it. The turkey was not sliced on the sandwich but a chunk. They told the server and one meal was taken off the bill. Will not return and would not recommend.

Amazing diner food, love the Buffalo chicken burger, melts, fish n Chips, hands down best fries and deserts!! We had a slight issue with our food and Katie (best server) took care of it right away, she remembered us from being regular customers a long time ago, and she wasn't even our waitress. She went over and above to help us get something else and made us feel comfortable about eating there again. Great to chat with and goes the extra mile to take care of you!! Katie your the best!!

Barry McCockiner

We had items off the dinner menu: meatloaf, chicken sandwich, and the club sandwich. Our opinion is the food lacked seasoning and flavor. The place is clean and the waitstaff were nice. We just weren’t fans of the food.

Matthew Hutchins

The food and the service where terrible, the server was to busy talking with his.co.workers and couldn't keep his mask on. We went around midnight night , and paid way to much for the quality we received, I do not recommend this place and won't return . I complained about my uneaten poutine and the server didn't care . The cook used a neck warmer as a mask and spent more time in the front then the back . Just terrible Dont go here, go anywhere else .

Our first visit to Fallsview Casino Resort was June 12, 2004 (yes 2 days after it first opened) and I believe that would also be the date of our first meal at The Famous. Had a quick dinner this past Wednesday and they still did not disappoint. The gravy however did not taste the same... We were joking with our server about this and she took it off our bill (it was just ok but lacked the flavor it normally has). On the plus side... The burgers are still good but I remember when they were only $8.95 lol. I also remember biting into a piece of metal from their deep fryer basket once (if I recall correctly my meal was no charge... Luckily nothing got damaged). Yes we still keep on going back... The food tastes good, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient and yes the prices are a little high but the portions are huge and compared to other nearby restaurants at The Famous you ARE getting your money's worth!!

We have visited this restaurant many times over the years whenever we holiday in the falls and also went in there a couple of times last week. The first visit was great and the waiter was so helpful he even offered us a freebie as we had waited a bit longer than he would of liked. Our next visit Thursday 4 th November was quite different, we were met by Barbara and when we offered our Id and vaccination details she told us to sit down and she would come back and look at them. She came back to take our order and we left all our details were laid out on table and she didn't even look at them. Nor did she check anyone that came in after us. At the end of the meal she looked at what we had left her tip and more or less told us that what we had left which I belive was about 4 or 5 dollars wasn't enough and we should be leaving at least 15 percent tip as the waitresses make minimum wage and the tips are relied on to pay their bills she said it wasn't for her benefit but for us on any future restaurants we went to. She said if we leave a tip like we had done then the waitresses think you are annoyed with them. We thought it was a decent amount and in England if you aren't happy with the service then you don't leave a tip at all so she should have been happy. We told our friends about this who are locals and they saidthis wasrubbish and they certainly won't be going in there again, nor will we on any future holidays

Located inside the casino resort shopping area. Service was friendly and overall good. Really enjoyed the Loganberry Whip. Good diner food. They have a fresh squeeze orange juice machine. Small selection of beer and wines. Open 24 hours. I’d go back!

Jennifer Ngo

Great food, decent service and massive portion sizes. A good place to grab a quuck bite.

Fish and chips was insanely oily, I felt sick immediately. They should remove it from the menu. Unfortunately, because staff is kind and the breakfast is gorgeous.

Patrick Doyle

The food was really good, first and foremost. Nothing was cooked oddly or missing. It was a bit of a wait to get the food but it seems to be cooked fresh and in really large portions so I can understand. The servers were all really nice and casual. The only issue is that like everything else in the area, it's definitely expensive. Be prepared to spend quite a bit!

Farah A.

Good food, great service.

Sarah M

Simply one of the best! Oh! The poutine is awesome. Great food, nice ambience.

Karen Breeding

Great food and very attentive service. Open all night, and very comfortable booths everywhere. Only downside is the steep prices, but you do pay for convenience I guess. Would return despite the price, very conveniently located right outside the casino entrance.

Mikayla White

Expensive, average food. We both ordered burgers, which were served well-done (we were not asked how we wanted them cooked) and the natural cut fries were greasy. Our bill came to over $40 and that’s just crazy for two hamburgers.

Jagdeep Gill

Service is SLOW and the food is TERRIBLE! And its also extremely over priced. I came here with my family on New Years Eve and it was by far one of the worst meals we have ever had. We ordered 3 chicken clubs and they were not even edible. The chicken was dry and looked like it was seasoned with hope. Never returning here, disgusting food at disgusting prices. I promise you when I say you are better off going to Tim Hortons, not even kidding. Save your time and your money and do not enter this place.

The place is pretty nice, great location, good tasting food and has a variety of options. Staff are friendly and very nice. Only down side is how long it takes for the food to arrive. Otherwise everything is good and price is fair. If you are looking for a place to have a well priced brunch or breakfast, this is it

Ate here twice recently during a stay at the Hilton. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Highly recommended the Western sandwich! Special shout out to some of the staff working on Dec 7 who were there for both meals, very hard workers !

Nozomi K

The food here is delicious. Large portions. Great coffee. Free refills. Quick service. If your server is busy, any other server available comes and clears your table and attends to your needs. How wonderful!

Gloria Eberhardt

The best place at Fallsview casino to eat!! We are regulars and this place never disappoints. Staff is attentive, professional and nice. Food is always great and consistent. Clean atmosphere. Best prices in town. Efficient, even when there’s a line.

Andrea Wilkinson

The food was amazing (I recommend the chicken burger), the staff were great, and the food came out so quickly I felt like I had just sat down and ordered. I will be back next time I visit Niagara.

Gargi Macwan

We were served pretty fast upon arrival and the staff was really friendly. The portions were huge (and the fries were to die for) but I guess that's to be expected from a north american type of breakfast. I was pretty satisfied with what we ordered so I have nothing to complain about and cant really say much about what else was on the menu.

Gloria Beatty

Basic breakfast and lunch/dinner fare. Best coffee I have had here in Niagara Falls. Portions were large. My two teens were able to split one plate for breakfast. The cost was the most reasonable I've paid here at the Falls. I wish I would have found this place sooner.

Nicole Bennett

The food is ok but a little pricey for me just for a breakfast. I went based on reviews for pancakes and tho they ok it’s maybe not something I drive back just for . The staff and service is amazing they so fast and know there stuff

One of the best breakfasts we had during our 8 days in Canada! HUGE portion sizes so if you're in Niagara and want value and quality for your money this is honestly the best option by far!! We compared pricing vs other chain joints etc and they come up the same so I'd honestly recommend you spend your time and money on eating here, had we discovered them earlier during our stay we'd have eaten here several times over!

Our server Amanda is the upmost best server/waitress in the world.

We have walked past this restaurant so many times without giving it a try. Today we decided to pop in for breakfast. My partner had the club and was shocked to see thick slices of real turkey! I had a classic breakfast and was sooo good!!!!!!! Amanda our server was fantastic!!! We weren't expecting real home cooked food here, hence never going in before. So disappointed that we haven't been eating here every visit to Niagara! Will be back for sure!

Best place and food Nice sitting arrangement.

We ordered at 12am. The waitress was super friendly and offered us directions to the local places, which was helpful. The beverages were delivered shortly after we sat down. I personally ordered a burger with cheese and bacon and a side of fries. The fries were decent. The burger was Horrible; the burger patty was greasy, the meat tasted old, it was super dry and lacked flavour. The bacon was ok, it was cold though, so it was probably sitting for a while before it was put on the burger. However, The chips and fish platter, was acceptable. The fish was bland but, with the lemon and the tartar sauce made it have some flavour. The salad was salad, neither hit or miss. Dinner for two, with no dessert or appetizers was $100 CDN. Personally way too expensive for the food quality and amount. However I guess you truely pay for convenience.

Overfried potatoes and not fresh salmon came with omelette

Place is nothing fancy or crazy but we had a good dinner. Prices are a bit off tbh which was compensated with really good customer service.
