0 star, 0 customer appreciation, 0 work etiquette, not pleased with this place at all, they were not clear and did not understand simple instruction and would not fix the mistake they had made. Personally attacked is what I felt. When trying to exchange a simple order that had just been handed to me, would not exchange my sashimi, I dont eat salmon. I eat Tuna. When told I could get a refund for my salmon I tried and said just exchange the salmon for tuna I was told no, not our policy so when I tried to get my money back, it was again another NO not our policy, thanks for nothing, they need to work on their customer service and English, cause this was an easy fix

I always go here, their rolls are amazing. Favs include Tuna Avo, Veggie, Kamakaze, Red Dynamite. Their miso soup is not the greatest but they have free tea. They are usually really nice to me and their bathroom is clean. The music/atmosphere could be better, but I still give them 5 stars because the food is so good and the people here are so nice.

Consistent "good-not-great" sushi. For the convenience, it's not too bad if you're not looking to walk away from the SkyTrain. I would recommend Hyack Sushi just across the street for much better quality however.

Got the chicken Bento box. The chicken tasted a little old but I still ate it cause I was hungry. Note: this was the only thing I ate for the whole day. After 2 hours, I felt so incredibly sick, I had to leave class early. I KNOW this is what caused it. Don't know if it was poor sanitation including cross contamination, old food or whatever but I know one thing forsure: I'm never coming here again. You're better off at going to subway or something. Good luck with this place ✌️

Togo sushi is one of my favourite spots to go to having them spurred around everywhere, especially the one in new west station as I frequently travel through there. For a good price paired with quality sushi, you have to visit Togo when your around. Transiting through new west station? Get off a stop and enjoy a quick food break, you'll thank me. ????

FRESH! TASTE'S GOOD! CHEAP! No idea why their unagi roll looks like a dragon roll but whatever, Togo is way better than the sushi next door AND cheaper. This sushi may take up to 40~min depending on how many patrons is waiting but the staff is fast and polite. The sushi is FRESH, GOOD, Come here seriously. Compared to other sushi places its still pretty good even if you exclude the other place. I wish their unagi roll was actually unagi and I wish their Salmon roll / avocado salmon roll was more to it than just a Philadelphia roll without cheese, that's a problem with Togo, not this franchisee.

Horrible food. I got beef teriyaki here. It tastes like just steamed beef added with teriyaki sauce on the top of the beef. Carrot was uncooked, almost raw... The portion of rice was little:(

Always good. Women chefs seem to make tighter rolls, which I prefer. Good wasabi. Always fresh and ready quickly. Update July 9 2019 Very loose and sloppy yam roll. Hard bits of yam and chopped up pieces of tempura. Could not be eaten. Still very good wasabi.

I just had a chicken teriyaki bento box delivered; it was terrible. Hacked up dark meat on a small bed of rice, a mixed salad, two gyozos, four little sushi rolls...nothing to write home about so that's why I'm writing it here instead!

This place is by far the most disgusting sushi I have ever eaten. First off the chicken from the chicken teriyaki tasted like four day old pre cooked chicken. They also have me the wrong roll. I asked for a Spicy tuna tempura roll and I got some weird canned salmon roll with avocado. The other roll I got, jalapeño bomb roll, mostly rice low flavour. Do not eat here it’s disgusting

The spicy sauce on the "Spicy tuna" was siracha... rice was burned and they don't use hairnets. Only reason they get business is because of their convenient location. Would go more if sushi quality improved!

I really enjoy this place. Portions are great.. just enough. I think many people are used to large portions when they eat out and when it's not the place can get a lower rating. This place is perfect for satiating that hunger without feeling stuffed. Mellow atmosphere. Quick and good food. Miso soup is mild, which I like as I usually find it too salty for me.

Completely unprofessional service. I order the Dynamite combo with ginger no wasabi, also i asked if i could switch one tuna roll for an ebi roll. Needless to say i get home and not only are my two ebi rolls revealed to be tuna rolls; the first dynamite roll i bite into has a massive chunk of wasabi hidden underneath it, and i gagged and nearly puked from the surprise and spice. I recommend not going here, customer service is abyssmal, the food is decent but doesnt make up for the turmoil of the process.

i come here everyday before work, to the point where they memorized my order, 260 times out of 260 times (exagerated dates) its amazing, the orders fast, fresh and delicious, i recomend at least trying their takoyaki! their server is also a such sweet heart, dine in has a nice calming pop cultured feel to it, you'd feel relaxed! skip also delivers from here too in case if you feel like staying in! cheers ????

Me and my GF got the California roll and beef rolls, to start of the cashier(older woman) was very rude. Within an hour of consumption we both felt extremely sick and were throwing up non stop. I lost like 5 pounds of water weight in one night. this place definitely has some sanitary issues...I’m honestly considering reporting them for this. This was my first and last time eating here.

Customer service is not good. I don't eat meat and I didn't realize the combo I bought today came with pork gyoza. I realized this after I had taken a few bites (I had a bite of salmon and some salad, that's all). I went back and explained what happened and the staff member tried denying me a refund on the basis that I had eaten too much when I barely touched it. I ended up getting my refund but the woman serving me was very rude and made it clear that I was an inconvenience. Service is much better across the street at Ki Sushi.

The worst sushi place I've ever experienced! This was my first time here...The chicken for the chicken teriyaki tastes pre cooked and days old. Absolutely disgusting!The sushi is extremely low quality. I'm deathly allergic to avocados, so I explained that to them and asked them to make sure everything was clean. I also asked them to make sure the knife was washed. When I got home.. there was avocado chunks on some of my rolls... like they added it and then remembered no avocado. I didn't want to risk it so it ended up in the compost. $18 down the drain...

I went here for a quick lunch on Tuesday after a movie. I felt like trying this place and the food came out fresh. I had free miso soup with Cali Combo ($9.50) and the food was not bad for the price. Sushi rice was moist. Salmon and tuna roll tasted good. Water was self-serve. I'd like it better if the portion was bigger though. My overall experience wasn't bad, so I'd give 3 stars. I think Hi Sushi (down the street) is more of bang for the buck place in this neighbourhood.

I know Togo is just chain sushi with locations all over greater vancouver, but for the price and convenience it really can't be beat. The beef udon is always nice, and the California roll here is one of my favourites. We probably get weeknight takeout from here a few times a week when we don't feel like cooking after work.
