Good prices on fresh, cooked seafood. The ice cream parlor is also quite nice to satisfy the occasional sweet tooth. The nearby Bulger fish market is usually better for preserves or transformed while the Island's co-op is better for frozen fish, this place is my go-to for ready-to-eat cooked lobster and crab.
