Google Maps doesn't really have a category that fits this store. This is not a restaurant. They prepare and sell smoked salmon. The thin sliced salmon filet is so good, if it were any better it would likely be illegal. But try the salmon jerky too. You won't have imagined that jerky could be made from smoked salmon, nor that it could taste so great.

I've been buying Oven Head products from a store in New Brunswick for years. After receiving an order as a Christmas gift in 2016 I decided to order some and have it shipped to me in Maine last summer. Huge mistake! The first order came to me at 74 degrees and the replacement order came to me at 70 degrees. I took responsibility for the first order because an employee signed for it and never told me. On the second order I asked for extra ice packs (in writing) and for it to go to the house instead of my business. It went to the house but they didn't add the extra ice packs. Because Oven Head puts a sticker on their packages that says " refrigerate upon arrival" that releases them (in their minds) of any responsibility. They even went as far as to say "just get our product the next time your over the border". My package sat on at the back door of my house for 3 hours while I was working. They claimed that was too long and the reason for the 70 degree temp of the product. No it didn't sit in the sun and the outside temp that day was 74 degrees. Not exactly hot. 1 ice pack for $170 worth of product isn't enough! Oven Head makes an excellent product they just don't seem to care about their customers or customer retention. If you're going to buy their product just don't have it shipped cause you could be out the product and the money!

Great down home service from this family owned small business. Exceptional quality and great tasting, convenient products. We had a sample of the salmon jerky and just had to order some take-home, along with our pate and cold smoked salmon. A delicious treat for everyday or special occasion. Craving some again now just thinking about it :) . We are very lucky to have them in our area!

The most mouth watering smoked salmon. Stumbled on them over 25 years ago while on vacation in NB from ON. Ever since my family has been ordering a large order and shipping it to our home at least once a year. It freezes perfectly. It’s the most delicious smoked salmon. 5 stars.
