The fish monger is a cute little Korean man. I wanted some red snapper and he took a couple out from the back. They looked very fresh, the eyes were clear and didn't smell fishy at all. They were already gutted and he de-scaled them and he cut the tail and fins for me. Not the cheapest place but I'll gladly pay a premium for fresh seafood. For 2 snappers that were about 1.5 lbs each came out to $30. I'll definitely come here again.

Big fish need to live up to the name. They have to realize that the market is changing. Need a lot more fish variety like king fish, different varieties of snapper fish e.g. Yellow tail, red snapper, mangrove snapper, to name a few, mackerel fish. A lot of Canadians are moving from Ontario to New Brunswick. The province is changing and fast.

Big Fish Market has a small selection but everything is absolutely top quality with fair prices. Their display case often has a limited display of product so ask if you don't see what you want. They often have more held in the back that hasn't been prepped for sale.

The fish was great but I ordered a large amount of lobster 2 years in a row. And 2 years in a row they forgot or lost my order. This year I was there to watch them write the order and they still lost it. Great seafood but use caution ordering.

The case is not nearly as well stocked as the online photos would have you believe. But the seafood is fresh and the prices are very good. Hopefully the low stock levels reflect a severe commitment to daily freshness and not a dwindling business, because they're clearly an asset to the neighbourhood.

Yesterday I went for my very first time to this this fish store, I wasn’t at all disappointed. When I went into the store, I was quite happy with the selection. I had taken a reccomendation and enjoyed the Orange Roughy. I found it to be well priced, it was delicious, very fresh. One thing I know, I’ll be back! A great local business to support.
