It's a small Aquarium and used to have 2 levels of things to see but that was decades ago. The specimen are very nice and wonderful to see. A great place to learn about our local sea life. The harbor seals are fun to watch even if it's not feeding time. The gift shop is certainly over priced though but will trap many parents of eager kids.

We had such a great time! It was our first time, myself, my 10 year old, and my one year old loved every minute of it!

A Giant Panda

It's a fantastic place. Great views of the water from outside. There's a large selection of displays both of live animals and just general information about the fishing industry in new Brunswick. I learned a lot that I didn't know and all the fish in their habitats were really interesting to look at. The seals are also adorable (unfortunately we missed feeding time). It only took us an hour and a half or so to walk through and we were taking our time so it's not very big but it's a good deal for 10 bucks a person. Their gift shop is also very large and has a wide selection of souvenirs.

Tracy Seper

Small but well laid-out. Nice gift shop. If you love jellies, definitely go here. Great place to bring young kids or adults. Nice pool with seals outside.

Very small aquarium. Easily done in 2 hours, and that's if you watch the short documentary. The seals were cool to watch. And the touch tank was really interesting. Unfortunately, some people didn't respect the 'don't take the creatures out of the water' rule and some creatures were just 'dead' or so I believe. Try to go in the afternoon, there seems to be less people. I went first thing in the morning when it opened and there were a lot of people. The aquarium is small so it's kind of hard to check out the fishes and sea creatures.

James Hunter

Wonderful - just the right size, plenty of fascinating sealife...and stay for the seals!

On A Journey

Neat to see what's in the waters. Touch tank and seals.

Jeff Chetkauskas

Elegant aquarium with specimens of all walks of sea creatures native to the area. Both fresh and salt water fish, crustaceans, eels and a seal. Visit the touch tank to feel shelled creatures and sea cucumbers. There is a children's room for art inspiration and learning with science experiments.

Good variety of sea creatures to observe. Our family favorites were the jellyfish, the blue lobster and the sea lions. The decoration outside is great to take some pictures. For young families there is a little playground to entertaining small kids. It was a nice trip.

Small aquarium with very reasonable entry fees. They have a ton of fish to see, and info placards everywhere to learn about them. There's also a touch tank outside where friendly, knowledgeable staff will let you touch lobsters, sea urchins, sea cucumbers and more. The best part of our visit was obviously the seal feeding show, which is very cute. They seem very well cared for. A good way to spend an hour or two, especially if you have small kids.

Jack Hickey

Small, but albeit very nice aquarium. The displays looked brand new, and seemed to be very well maintained. It was cool to see the blue lobsters, the variety of other fish and shellfish they had, and the gift shop had some very cute souvenirs. Around the back there was a nice boardwalk, and several areas to take nice pictures. Unfortunately the touch-tank was closed (I’m guessing probably due to covid), and the seals pool outside looked very dirty.

gilles Leclerc

Was fun for the kids, got to actually touch sea urchins and star fishes

Bolin Li

Reduced COVID-19 period capacity, some waiting possible

Leslie Proulx

For the size of the place, there was so much information and learning packed in! I wasn't aware of the diversity of shark that inhabit the Atlantic ocean so far north. The funniest part were the 3 sealions in the outside pool. The swam around playing long after i left them,I'm sure!

Jamie Seper

What a great place. A must to see????. Feeding of the seals. Touch station. Lots to learn. Extremely friendly and very informative.

Fraser Turner

Good pacing through the exhibits, and excellent pandemic precautions. The seals were a real treat, as we happened to be there during feeding time.

Pat Huber

Our family enjoyed the exhibits, touch-tank, and the 4 pm seal feeding time.

Christopher Bailey

Fairly inexpensive. Some very interesting displays. The boardwalk outside is beautiful.

Suzanne Bernier

Quaint. Not very big but a nice assortment of fish. A small touch tank is there for children to pet. NOTE people must keep the sea creatures in the water. Houses 3 female seals which they feed at 11 and 4. Nice blue lobster.

Nury Lopez

Nice aquarium a nice seal show, staff very friendly. A place that you have to visit.

Angela Demers

This aquarium was awesome. So many fish to look at, activities for the kids to And a seal show also, and fun photo spots outside for everyone. Including a beautiful light house that over looked the ocean. A must see for the whole family.

jdargavel

Fun spot for kids and adults. Gift shop prices are very reasonable too. Good place to spend an afternoon.

Elliott Teed

Great aquarium, lots of different fish on display, daily seal feedings.

Jonathan Sampson

Place is really neat. It is mostly in two sections for the live fish, then a room for information amd outside tank where you can watch the seals. Place is really fun, great for kids and watching the seals at feeding time is really fun. You can easily spend a couple of hours here.

Isabelle LAviolette

It's small but nice and well presented. Read the information about the marine life. It's interesting.

The kids loved this place! Great opportunity to learn more about sea creatures which you may never see in real life. Aquariums with fish species are very fascinating. Don't miss the seal feeding show too!
