It's really good. Got it for New Year's, had the 3 kind sampler, the person who it was for liked the Emerald the best. A group of us from Nova Scotia went to fish Sturgeon with Cornel and watched the whole process of breaking down the fish (7 feet 180) and harvesting the caviar. The sturgeon safari was an amazing experience. Highly recommend
