Excellent semi-rotational fish selection, lots of juveniles and some larger young adults. Mostly freshwater with a couple brackish/marine tanks. There is a small selection of plants for sale but most are part of the displays. You'll find your basic supply here too, with a modest variety of substrates, foods, pumps, and of decorations. Lots of wood and roots. The man behind the counter is a quiet, pleasant fellow.

I came here a couple months ago, and all the fish looked so healthy and happy! My only problem is that the staff who bagged up my fish (which were a female and a male Betta) he bagged them in the same bag! On the hour car ride home, the two fish nipped and flared at eachother, and now my female has damaged fins. We did ask the staff if they would be ok in the same bag, and he said yes. Maybe inform your staff a bit more on bagging fish?

Not to helpful. I would have purchased à fair bit of bits and pieces plus some fish, but worker would not open a box up to see what part I needed to repair a pump. He said he did not like to open boxes to check out stuff. Oh well. Went to Pets Smart and the lady looked at the number of the part in the box. I bought the right piece and the rest of the stuff. Life goes on.

Entered into the store, one Saturday afternoon and had pleasant greeting. Looking to buy some African Cichlids, found what I was look for, but I was from another town and heading home Sunday. I did not want to leave the fish in a bag till Sunday. Agustin the owner said he would reopen the store even though he was close Sunday. I find he has a good knowledge of fish and great service

The price for the fish are very reasonable too. The aquarium accessories are a little bit expensive though. But it's still one of our favourite shops. The store owner is very friendly and helpful

We called ahead to see how long they were open after having a bad experience at Petsmart. The guy said that they were open till 530 so we rushed over and even though we got there one or two minutes after 530 the guy was still so friendly and helped us pick out a great fish. We didn’t feel rushed at all even though we got there late. Overall such awesome service and we bought a beautiful fish.100% recommend from what we saw there is a large selection!

After seeing a few different local fish stores on the island, I can confidently say My Fish Tank has the healthiest, most well taken care of fish. The owner Augustin is the only person you'll meet in there, and you can tell how much he loves his fish. He's in there every day feeding them, cleaning the tanks, and caring for them. This sets him apart, and also makes it easier to get what you need even with the short hours- if you phone ahead or plan it in advance, he can accommodate you outside of normal business hours, within reason. This is the only store where I never see dead fish floating in any tanks (and I look in every tank almost every time because I love the selection he has!). Just a few creatures you can find in store: bettas, female bettas, any and every livebearer, gouramis, rams, bala sharks, angelfish, cichlids, goldfish+variations, koi, danios, corals and other saltwater fish, freshwater shrimp (Amano, blue/red neocardina), snails for days, and a huge variety of really healthy (underwater adapted!) plants. And I should add that the bettas are either kept in the larger community tanks freely, or the more fiesty ones are within cups in the tank that allow water flow through them. They are much healthier than PetSmart! Truly this is a great store and I highly recommend you stop by if you love fish

After all the glowing reviews on this pg we decided to go to this store to get beta food & some fish friendly fish for them for our tanks at home. I was disappointed that the person working didn't offer us any help or information, & their selection of food was 1 giant bag that would last 10yrs! The fish we wanted were way to big & only 1 or 2 so we weren't able to buy any. Overall a very disappointing experience. So much for glowing reviews, but I guess not everyone writes about their experiences..

I go to My Fish Tank regularly. Augustin is extremely knowledgeable and has continually changing varieties of fish. There is also a variety of tanks, equipment and fish food available. More expensive than petsmart but higher quality, in my opinion.
