Blew a tire whole driving and went to fountain tire Moose Jaw to get it fixed. Went there at 5pm and we were told it would be done at 7pm. We waited with 2 hungry tired toddlers for 2 hours until close and the truck hadn't been moved. They said it would be another hour but we couldn't wait that long and they told us to be back at 8am for them to do. In the morning it took them 3 hours to change the tires. Not happy with the service, how long it took, and the rude staff. Don't waste your time because they clearly don't care.

The experience I had with John and his team at this Fountain Tire location was completely unparalleled. I blew a tire around Balgonie, SK, made it to a safe location at the Flying J, and called my company's tire service line a little before 2AM. They were unable to reach anyone to take the service call in Regina (which honestly blew my mind), so they reached out to Fountain Tire in Moose Jaw over an hour away from where I was broken down. John took the call, and came to replace my bad tire right away. He noticed that the cap on another trailer tire was beginning to separate, but was unable to reach my company to get approval at that time and recommended I go to the shop to get it addressed as I passed through once I got approval. I did, as I have a schedule to keep, and didn't want another blow out. His team quickly replaced that tire and another one with a fault after a more detailed inspection. John and his team were professional, friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure it was unlikely that I would encounter further issues. I sincerely appreciate John answering my service call at 2am to keep me on schedule for my delivery in Vancouver. I have blown a number of tires over the years, but I've never had tire techs as great as John and his team. I highly recommend the Fountain Tire in Moose Jaw for any big truck tire service. They will do everything they can to keep you rolling as quickly as possible!

Tanya and John went above and beyond to help us out. We ran into trouble on a road trip from winnipeg to Alberta, called them from Regina and and when we arrived in Moosejaw they were ready and waiting for us! In fact they called out their mechanic out make sure he was at the shop when we arrived as to get us out and back on the road as fast as possible! I strongly recommend their shop! I would literally drive to moosejaw for new tires the service was not just great but honest and genuine.

Blew a tire just as I was driving through Moose Jaw 6pm on a Friday in -40°C weather. Fountain Tire went above and beyond to make sure my tire was taken care of that night (as I was merely passing through from wpg to swift current that day, and then to the mountains the next day). I was in very good and capable hands and can say I safely and happily made it to the mountains this evening. Highly recommend!

We popped a tire hitting a deer carcass about 105 km outside town. Showed up when they opened and they got our tired fixed really quickly. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were from Alberta headed to Ontario and although it was a 7 hour delay from popping our tire they made the repair painless. Thank you all for your assistance.

My family and I were traveling through Saskatchewan on a 2 week camping vacation with our travel trailer and had a flat tire late on a Friday night. Our tire needed replacing and because of the age of the tires we decided replacing all 4 tires was the best decision. I’ve dealt with FT a few times here now and every time the service, knowledge and customer service were all top notch. The last time I went I was on a tight time limit so I had to leave my car overnight due to the day being all booked up. They accommodated my request extremely well, lending me a loaner car for the night until my car was ready in the morning. There’s a reason I only go here ! P.S. they also seem to have a new system of detailing comments or observations on your vehicle for issues or things to be looked at. I found it very thorough and neat to be able to see it all at a glance. Attached a picture taken by a technician as well as the attached description of the assembly as per the sent report.

We had some issues on the drive Calgary to Regina and couldn't continue past Moose Jaw. I'm so happy we ended up at Fountain Tire. John and Dustin took great care of us (my 3 year old, my 8-month pregnant wife and I) on this -20 day. They haven't even done any work on my car yet but they helped us out when they were busy and made sure we knew what was wrong with the vehicle and all of our options. They even made my daughter popcorn. This is the kind of service you want when you're not a car guy and are in desperate need of help. HIghly recommended.

I originally called in on Aug 7 to arrange an appointment for a timing belt replacement. I live out of town and needed it completed before end-of-day Friday (Aug 10). I was affirmed twice over the phone on Aug 8/9 that this would be completed. I called in at appr. 4:00PM on Aug 10. I was told that the work on my vehicle had only just started (the engine cover had only just been removed) and the rep sounded surprised that I needed my car that day. I asked that the work stop and advised that I would arrive in an hour to pick up my vehicle (I needed to begin a 6.5 hr trip home). When I arrived at 4:45PM I was advised that the work on my vehicle had CONTINUED ANYWAYS (despite my request) and that the mechanic “would not walk away from the vehicle.” I was not called back after my call at 4:00PM and my trip was completely wasted. The work on my vehicle was not completed until after 8PM. Additionally, I was charged $100 more than I had been originally quoted. It is hard to be satisfied with the quality of service that I received.

They tried selling me $300+ for a set of lug nuts saying mine were "bulging", even though they weren't bulging (starting to strip a bit because Ford doesn't give you the right remover, sure.), then charged me for a replacement lug after they exploded one of mine.

Amazing service and top quality work . I had a flat tire , searched for a tire place that was open . Nothing was . It was 7:10 and I figured I'd try Fountain tire as it was the last shop to close ( 7pm ) . To my suprise the phone was acutally answered almost immediately !!!! Told them I had an issue with my tire and they told me to come on up, even though it was 15 min AFTER closing time ! Went to the shop , got my car in immediately , and got it repaired very quickly and professionally . Highly recommend !!!!

Failed to follow instructions and threw out a tire that was recently bought that we intended to keep. After we told them that the tire was not in the car, they brought us a tire that was not it and was pretty worn out. After saying that was still not it, we were told that it could have been the one that was already wrecked. They were friendly but after this I would not want to go back.

I was driving across Canada, had 2 flats on my trailer, they offered to fix it for free if I left it there for the day, I didn't have time so I chose to pay to have them fixed on the spot. They charged me less then one tire repair at all the other shops, had it done faster then anyone else. Alan did a great job, and everyone there was very friendly. We ran into some major car issues on the way Back to BC. Tried three different places and there was nothing any could do to get us in. A local was kind enough to tell me to go to fountain tire and ask for John. I didn’t get John I got Dustin. And wow this guy made things happen. I have never delt with Fountain tire before but thanks to Dustin and the crew in Moose Jaw I’m and a fountain tire guy for life! Dustin diagnosed the problem-s gave me options I could understand timelines and best to worst case scenarios. All quickly and efficiently The customer service is over the top, quality of work excellent and the price very reasonable. Even if the out come would have been the worst case scenario the gave me the experience would still have been amazing because of how Dustin and his team handled everything. They worked hard made things happen and the results saved us time and money in a huge way. A big thank you to everyone.
