Very nice and knowledgable. Was going to buy some rocks for an aquarium but they said it could harm the fish. They could have just let my buy it and potentially harm the fish, but they didn't. Great selection for fish supplies.

This is an interesting store. The living conditions in my opinion are not good. There is algae in every fish tank and the frogs were stuck in the algae. The water in the rabbits cage was empty and when filled the rabbits fought over it like they hadn’t had any in quite some time. There is supplies everywhere and it doesn’t look too organized. I hope everyone is okay in there still.

Visited the store for the first time- wasn't greeted, smelled unclean, lots of broken shelves, minimal product, wet and dirty floor, small animals had empty water bottles, the list goes on. I was very surprised because there were so many good reviews for this place and I was excited to try it but I'm sad to say I won't be purchasing anything for my pets here or going in again. I can't speak to the level of knowledge of the store staff but they never provided me with an opportunity to talk to them.

I thought this place was great when it first opened but now....the fish tanks are disturbingly dirty, the cages looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while and, for the first time ever, I felt like I was looking at a suicidal bird! The shop was crowed with cluttered stock, and watch your step because you're likely to trip on cords, hoses or boxes! Not sure how this place stays open, despite being the only pet store in the city.

Excellent shop. Don't let the dirty aquariums fool you--this place has really good livestock and a very attentive and very knowledgeable owner. They are extremely honest and care about your wellbeing and the success of your pet keeping adventures more than anything. They're very laid back, there's no pressure here. So much better than any big-box pet store.
