Horrible store with horrible staff, Mark is terrible with treating people and completely lacks knowledge, doesn't even know the fish he stocks... Read through most of the reviews, they're so obviously faked or from one of the co owner's family ( Mark Escobar). Avoid this store at all costs.

Came into the store today to be treated with udder disrespect he asks me what fish I have and I show him and he has the audacity to say my fish I have are being fed hormones sorry my fish are better quality then you have if you every want to come to this store stay away they have the worst quality around!

Great place, just spoke to the owner at the shop and I am very confident that he is very passionate about this and tries his very best with what he has there. Great selection of Malawi fish and he’s even got some monster fish there ! I didn’t pick anything up today but will definitely be back after some of my fish grow out or I get a bigger tank for that red arowana ????

The family that owns the store are the best and they treat you as a family in the store. However, I walked into the store and the cousin was working for the day but the amount of attitude and disrespect is unbelievable. He wouldn’t do a water test for me to show my difference between my water and the store water. He was also using inappropriate words to communicate. Treating me like I was in the streets not in the store. On the other hand, I spend almost $1000 in a month there and I still get treated like I’m a new customer.....that’s what trying to support local stores ends up being.

BUYER BEWARE DONT NOT BUY FISH HERE.. I bought a juvenile star sapphire from here and it died by the time I put it In the tank about 10 mins trying to save him. I had bought other fish prior to, at least 2 hours had them in a bucket with an air stone and they all were fine. So I called them back fought them to get a replacement not the friendliest to be honest. Got there gave me my replacement the next day the fish died again! Something is wrong with their fish they are sick and thank God they didn't infect my fish. The worker said might be my water parameters as an excuse, but all the other fish I bought the same day are all still currently alive. So think twice before purchasing fish here, super overpriced and very pushy to sell. I suggest finatics, and big als nearby instead of this store.

Kinda tucked away and small, but the variety of fish here is crazy lol. I went with a fish fanatic who seemed thoroughly impressed. Owner was knowledgeable and will help you out, or just let you browse. :)

They have a big selection of Rare wild caught African cichlids and imported from Germany and also wide selection of breeding groups for all of breeders and they also have a wide high quality breeding pair of discus that they imported from Germany ???????? and also some goldfish that they imported from Japan and some Guppy’s from Russia and they also have a breeding pair of turtle and also some angelfish from Philippine and lots of selection of flower horns. I highly recommend this store for all fish lovers

They have a wide selection of Cichlids and some Discus, but the store is very condensed and the tanks are quite dirty. I visited a few days ago and there was one staff there. I tried to ask him for help, but I realized he was asleep the whole time, from the time I went in to the time I left.

Staff were friendly and half the fish in the store were good. Only half tho. about half the tanks were not being maintained when I visited the store. Dead fish, algae everywhere, skinny fish. Especially the Betta section. The store itself was in disarray. Quite messy and smelly. I won't be back at this store anytime soon.

I love the new store. Amazing high quality cichlids at really great prices. Super clean tanks, healthy fish. I picked up 5 fish today, a Venustus, a Jack Dempsey and 3 Lithobates. I will definitely be back. Also picked up food including very hard to get Extreme. Food was cheaper than other area fish stores.

I recently got 5 cardinal tetra from these guys and they sure look super healthy. It was my first time here and I definitely recommend these guys. They also have a great selection of cichlids . Only thing to improve: the store can be a bit more organized. Nonetheless. I definitely recommend these guys. Always good to support family owned business.

Long time aquarium hobbyist looking to get back into the hobby. Inquired with mike regarding a preorder notification on nov 14th. Got a couple of replies back but when I asked for pricing and how to proceed, I did not get a response. Noticed today that the shipment had arrived and inquired as to why there was no communication. The response I got from mike was “ lots of people order, I cannot serve everyone” As a first time customer I was shocked as to the lack of customer service despite some very good reviews from other fellow hobbyists. I hope future customers will receive better service.

The prices are cheaper and more flexible than any other Fish stores I've been to in Toronto, Mississauga and Scarborough .... The environment is warm and welcoming , I'd recommend anyone and everyone to pass by and say hi and have a look..... The friendly atmosphere and wide selection is enough to enjoy...
