The owner, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge about animals, always a smile and I find the prices not that bad, remember she is not one of the big box stores. But at those stores you don't find Sarah who can answer all your questions. A+ from me!

I have multiple aquatic turtles including snapping turtles and I have 3 tortises there knowledge and reptile selection is horrid I can get most of there cleaners and fish food and etc.. For cheaper at Walmart one good thing witch is why they get 2 stars is that there great with fish at this store I will say very well kept and healthy some of the best fish north of Barrie but i wouldn't recommend them for reptile owners or people looking to have there dogs groomed all dogs are crated and muzzled during grooming and you can't see the grooming area hidden behind a wall in back corner of the store

If you can't see where your dog is being groomed, I wouldn't recommend this place. They crate dogs all day during grooming. Dogs are not objects to be handled like an assembly line.

Where i usually get my pet supplies, service is usually pretty friendly and a wide variety of products and diffrent pets, its there i purchased my budgies. I also get fish filters and fish food here as well, tons of parking as its in a mall. All in all a great location for your pet needs

Very kind and welcoming, the employees are always willing to help and answer any questions :) I love going in! All the animals seem very happy and well taken care of here. The shop has a really nice selection of quality foods and supplies, some of which I can't find elsewhere in penetang/midland. The grooming area is safe and the groomers are very kind, they treat the animals with care and do their best to ensure you and your pet go home happy! :)

Not happy with the service at all the younger staff there are usually friendly and helpful the owner is not and is only out for money not customer satisfaction. Asked them to hold a gecko for my girlfriends birthday for a week(as I have a fractured back and my mobility is limited) was told it would be there, went not 3 days later and had to break my girlfriends heart because they sold it on her. Terrible customer service terrible customer loyalty very snobby pet store in comparison to the others in the area will definitely never be going there again and will be making sure I tell anyone I know with pets to not use them either.

This is not a review for the owner eho is AMAZING, instead, this is s review for the groomer they have on site. My dog goes in with what i hope would be a fantastic de-shed. Unfortunately, he is left eith matted fur, and looks as though he wae never brushed out, and nails are not trimmed right down. Sad to say i will not be back to get my dog groomed there

I brought my two small docile dogs in for the first time to be groomed. These dogs have never nipped or bitten anyone and no groomer has ever had a problem with either of the, The were both muzzled without my permission and were put in cages and went with out water for 6 hours. They both eat a type of food that makes them thirsty and when they were picked up they were both were panting like crazy. One of them lied down as he was drinking from the water dish lie he was completely exhausted. I would not recommend them to anyone. Kim the groomer should look for another line of work.
