Bought a fishing rod from them about a year ago and the rod got broke they sent it in for warranty and got it back to me within a reasonable amount of time replacement come back damaged so the owner offered me a replacement of equal value off the shelf service and knowledge is amazing id recomend the outdoors man any day so much better then going to a big box store and having a kid sell u a garbage rod and reel

First time popping in, but from what I saw I will definitely be returning. As I am very new to hunting and Compound Bows, I have a lot of questions. They were very helpful and informative. The store was very busy, but she (sorry, I didn't catch her name) took me around and helped me out. She had what I needed to get me started on my next adventure. I will be back to buy more items once the new Covid lockdown is over in the new year.

Great staff. Super friendly and knowledgable and will let you in on any of the secret spots and species they're catching. Prices are really comparible to box stores. Discount bins are always a score here often getting $20-$30 lures and soft plastics for a buck or two. They're worms are always super fresh and huge - where I find every other store here sells sticky half dead worms. Keep up the good work guys! Never a disappointment!

They used to be very helpful, as well as reasonable prices. But now not so much. They have got ignant to their regular clients. But what they dont realise is they just lost 4 very reliable customers. As well, they dont realise that ppl can drive 45 mins to london and get better selections. Well i hope that others follow suit and just go elsewhere. Not worth it anymore to go to the outdoorsman.

Absolutely unbelievable experience here. From the moment you walk in the the moment you check out you feel welcomed and comfortable. It does not matter if you are experienced or just starting out. They will treat you with the same level of respect and give you as much insight into their products as you can handle. I have gone in and asked about a dozen questions about different equipment and they've had the answer for it all. Not only do they answer what I'm asking, but they will offer comparison to similar equipment and the pros and cons of each. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are welcoming to newcomers (or intermediates like myself) to fishing. At no point did I feel uncomfortable asking "stupid questions". While I was in the store I got to experience how they treated a long time fisherman. It was the same as how I was treated. I was honestly amazed at the consistency of respect they have for their customers and will absolutely be returning for this reason alone. As for prices they often match or even beat the big stores. The selection is often rotating, but they always have the staples of what you need. Absolutely would recommend shopping here. I find myself going out of my way to go here instead of other big stores just for the amazing customer service they offer.
