Pretty nice store, good selection and helpful staff. Then I got to the checkout - no plastic bags. I forgot my reusable because I was unsure if they were allowed due to Covid concerns, so I had to use an awkward paper bag and almost dropped my groceries. I could also have paid $5+ for a new reusable but it's a waste. Getting rid of plastic bags is a very dumb decision, removing something recyclable and chopping down trees.

I was at the store today. My poultry herbs was moldy. But that was not a problem. The lady at the service desk was very rude. I told her I wanted to get a new one and her exact words were " we'll run along and get it" I went and got it. The package I graved again was moldy too. I ask to talk to manger as she was quickly to ingonered my request. So I asked again. The manger on duty was available to help with the issue of the herbs. Thank you. For the lady at customer service should get some education on how to deal with customer.

I had to get some balloons filled in a short amount of time as I was in Medicine Hat over the weekend for an event. I called to see what time the Floral Dept. closed, and Brittany answered, letting me know that the department closed at 5. I asked if there was any way I could get balloons filled that night, she said that if I brought the balloons that needed to be filled she could do it for us no problem. After driving over and mentioning to the customer service desk about our phone call, Brittany promptly asked how many we needed and told us how much everything would cost, she also asked if we needed a weight and how we would like them tied, she took them and after about 10 minutes they were tied beautifully and ready to go. She let us know which string to pull if they got tangled up, we paid and were good to go. Thank you Brittany for your incredible customer service, and really going above and beyond in such a short amount of time, and when no one else in the department was available. You saved our event! :)

Disappointing store now though because fruit and produce selection has been awful for quite some time now which makes me avoid shopping there unfortunately. I have updated my review for this as this grocery store is getting worse and worse every time I go there. I don’t know why things haven’t been changed as there has been so many complaints put in. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is honest and needs the improvements for its shoppers. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures of the produce when I was there last time but if I return I will update. The first place I check is the produce when I go here because of how awful things have been, and have been walking out without making purchases. You are paying full prices which are expensive these days for fruit that is well over ripe, moldy and about to expire. Produce is in terrible condition which is uncalled for to be selling at these prices. You should not have to pick through your fruit and be left with half the amount which expires still in a day or two. I have also purchased expired condiments and other boxed items that have not been properly rotated at all, baked goods that should have been fresh were hard and dried out. I was told these things started happening when new management took over? This I’m unsure of, but very disappointing as this used to be one of my favourite places to shop because of location and size, but now unfortunately i have been trying to avoid altogether. I really hope they make changes to this store very soon because I am unsure of who to contact for improvements as this once was a great shopping centre.

Bright, warm, inviting grocery store. Great produce section. Better service, as it is a higher-end grocery store. I also really like the fact that there is a Starbucks located inside this grocery store. The selection of beef here is fantastic as they sell Sterling Silver, AAA beef here. I took a lot of photos of the store, it is very clean, friendly, and I even got a chance to speak with the manager. All in all a great place to visit. Friendly staff.

Grew up around this store. Good place, staff could be friendlier. Tried chatting with the cashier, just rolled her eyes at me and sighed, then said "I'm not in the mood." When she handed me my receipts. Like I get that people have bad days but a little professionalism is kind of vase line in the customer service aspect of any job that deals with the public. If you're going to make the customer feel uncomfortable because of your stuff then stay home. I have enough people trying to bring me down I don't need my grocery cashier making feel bad about trying to make idle chit chat. Fake it till you make it, right?

The layout is user friendly and once you've frequented the store you'll become familiar with where items are. They are not likely to rearrange shelving or present stock still in the delivery boxes. If you are willing to pay a few cents more for this feature, then this store is for you.

Mostly good experiences at this location but I feel the deli and butcher staff are very lazy. I hate when I pay extra for the convenience of pre-cut or ready to cook foods and still have to do prep when I get home. Today I bought pre-cut stir-fry chicken got home and the breast was only cut into five pieces and some of them weren't even cut all the way through so I ended up having to cut it up myself anyway. This is the third time I've had a similar experience at this location, Superstore does a much better job for a better price.

I have shopped here many times in the past 3 years. I like that they have the everyday great produce and other basics like milk and bread and cheese always on hand. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to find things for you or to help you out to your car if you ask with your groceries. Nice store. Wish they would expand it a bit more in terms of things they offer but the staff make it worth going there.

For the most part, i am ok with the store. The biggest problem i have is that Sobeys is mot intersted in what the consumers are wanting. Stores are never visited to determine the needs of the customers. Example: Sobeys do not carry prodects for diabetics. In fact, products have been eliminated. As well, why is it necessary to be constantly changing the store around. What it does is confuse and anger the customers. One wpyld assume that the Safeway stores ate on the way out and we are stuck with just Sobeys or No Frills which doesn't complete the customers needs. I question the head office administers for their decisions. It is tome they stepped out of their cushy chairs and get their butts out into the real world.

Great staff. High prices. My biggest complaint is there garbage. Don't walk by it on a hot day when the winds right, the stench will almost drop you to your knees. Disgusting to say the least.

They are comparable with other grocery stores with regards to pricing. Sales are usually good and they always seem to have sale products repeated like yogurt and cereal on sale for awesome pricing. Love it

I went in today, shopping for my family and for other family members who are unable to go out. Meat department had only 2 packs of the steak that on sale, when I asked if there was any more, meat stocker was extremely rude with me. I did tell him I was shopping for other people as well, he was more annoyed with me. Needless to say I didn't get to buy any steak as I was asked to get. Thanks meat man

Great grocery store. I love the size, I can pop in and out in a couple minutes and the cashier's are always a pleasure to interact with. I really appreciate having this store nearby! It seems like all the grocery stores are located in the same area in the south so it is nice this one is in a residential area.
