The food has DRASTICALLY dropped in quality over the years, and i seem to get sick most times i eat from here. Im going to have to stop coming until there is new managment that stops being so cheap and gets some quality ingredients, and maybe a proper chef. Food was great, so many different flavour options for the wings it was tough to choose just two or three. Service was another story, it took a solid 5 minutes of us standing in the (not busy) place, in clear view of the bar and service staff before we were told we could just pick a seat anywhere. Our server had zero customer service skills, took far too long to return to our table to take our order and disappeared after giving us containers for our leftovers. For most, this would be a clue that we were ready to leave soon and would like to pay, but we finally had to ask another server to bring us our bill. Next time we'll order take-out.

This was the worst Mac n cheese I've ever tasted. My girlfriend after 3 weeks without a shower tastes better. I'll never come back here again and do not recommend it to anyone. My friend waited longer than ten minutes to get a refill on her beer

Great food and servers. Although the table we sat at had the A/C vent (in September) pointed at our table full blast so we moved because we were cold. We went to the back area which was blasting the radio so loud it was tough to talk across our table. Good otherwise, really enjoyed the fish and chips special.

I hadn't been to Rosco's in a good year or so and called a friend to join me . It was 3:30 and there was a bout 10 people in total in the pub with one gal working the floor and that seemed right for the seats that were filled . I sat with an empty beer glass for a while and when my food arrived ( fish and chips ) the fish was a wet greasy mess that literally fell apart in my hands . I was looking for a crispy , crunchy fish delight but that was not the case . I went there looking for a beef dip but at $17 for a simple sandwich like that I gave it a miss .

Love Rossco's. Never had a bad meal here, the salads are especially top notch. Generally do not go during weekends or for the "big game" as I'm always working myself. As one of the most popular spots in Medicine Hat, it tends to get busy. Keep an open mind when visiting on a Saturday night at 6pm when the Flames game is on.

The service was good, as were the wings that I ordered….however my boyfriend ordered a burger that he described as the worst burger he has ever eaten. It was a small/thin burned puck that was so incredibly dry. The cook must have tried to cover up the burn with the “dusted onions” on top that tasted like the crumbs from the bottom of a Costco bulk bag. We aren’t really people who like to send food back - so we didn't say anything, but we definitely don’t recommend ordering a burger there, and will never again.

Used to be descent, now just a shell of its former self. Decor needs updating. Too bad, I'd rather support a local business instead of a chain.

My friend and I were here last week. It wasn't overly busy. Ordered a couple of Ceasars and they were awful. Server took them back, brought my friend a new 1, worse than the first. Our server also happened to be the bartender, which didn't work well because our food sat in the back, ready, as she was mixing drinks. Food was ice cold. Won't be going back for who knows how long!

One of the nicer pubs in Medicine Hat. It is the best place for wings in over 250 km in any direction, and probably the best place for wings in over 1000 km depending on the direction you are going. I will be eating wings here again soon. mmmmm wings.

Waiting for a beer for 10 minutes, when it is not busy at all is a little frustrating. Waitress asked us to pay our tab at 8:40 so the next waitress could help us. At 9:10 we still weren’t served another beer or asked if we needed anything else since she informed us she was leaving. Looking across the bar she’s still here, serving other customers, and I remain beerless..

Personally speaking from my own experiences I've only had one time where I enjoyed the service at this establishment, that was over a year ago. The food itself is okay, but too overpriced nowadays. Especially the wings.. Most of the time now I find the servers to be stuck up/rude. I would rather not put my money towards a restaurant where service makes you feel undermined. I'm always polite but when a server is rude after I'm being nice, well that's a reflection of them and not myself. In this present day service is becoming the number one thing in restaurants so I always say "if the food doesn't meet your expectations but the service is great, well then the experience was enough to enjoy everything just as well"

Really good atmosphere, the waitresses are really friendly. Food is always really delicious, and my friends and I love going there for wing night on Saturdays. They have raised their prices quite a lot recently, with the popularity of the pub going up. Wings have become more expensive on their "wing night Saturday". Drinks are also more expsenive, with lowering the quantity that you actually get in a glass. Their glasses are very small now! Still a fantastic place to eat with friends, the atmosphere cannot be beat!

food was delicious but the service was really slow. our table was there for 2.5 hours and we were checked on twice. the waitress refilled our drinks once while she kept up with everyone elses tables. it wasn't overly busy so we were a little confused as to why it took half hour to finally get our bill after being told it was being dealt with, twice. but thumbs up to the cooks for sure ????????

I enjoy going to Rossco's Pub occasionally for chicken wings - they're pretty good. What is unfortunate is that you are unable to take anyone in your family under the drinking age. While I can understand this rule, I feel that they could allow families to bring in their kids up until 6-7pm before the party crowd. Food for thought Rossco's.

I have been coming to Roscco's for many years and the best part of this place is consistency..the service and friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food and variety of the menu makes this place a must eat. In so many years I've always had the coldiest beer, best specials and always a good NHL, Golf, NBA or CFL game on. Always look forward to seeing the "WING KiNG" of Alberta...Cheers and see ya soon

Not sure what has changed but food used to be tasty and service was reliable. Was there for supper tonight and was extremely disappointed. Restaurant was dead and service was extremely slow. The beer was flat and my burger was burnt and essentially inedible. I informed the waitress and was offered neither a new burger nor was the inedible item removed from my bill. Will not be back.

Ordered Stinging honey garlic boneless bites but whatever the abomination I recieved was contained zero honey garlic. Heat was expected but these were basically unedible after the first 10 or so and I have never had a problem with the spiceyness of anything before. The lack of any warning for heat unlike all of the other hot wing flavors disappointed me and this business will never see another cent from me again due to the terrible customer service. It took 15 minutes after receiving our food to see if our food was alright yet my complaint fell upon deaf ears. Honey garlic sauce was offered to me as I was paying as I had basically left my plate untouched after sharing my girlfriend's wings. Completely dissapointed.

Ok first this place sucks, don't ever go here ever. food suck they over charge for everything. i pay $13 for wings that were over cooked, and order a lager Caesar salad so if i for the wing deal with the side i would have played $15 now that i ordered just wings and a larger Caesar salad i pay $13 for the wings and $13 for the salad!!! the salad tasted like fish. i had three bits and toasted it. i had the wings because i was hungry left one on the plate to show how bad it was, i ordered a drink got it the i finished with that one i had to wait 15 minuets to get a new drink, their was only 8 people in this place so bad!!! so to drinks one set of wings and a larger salad $40 bucks really!!!! you guys suck and would not HAVE ANYONE I KNOW GO AND EAT AT THIS WHOLE IN A WALL CALLING THEM SELF A SPORTS BAR!!!!!

Went for lunch there with a few friends feb16/17. Ordered beef on a bun, I was so disappointed it was the worst I have ever had. It looked good but looks are deceiving. The beef was grizzly and fatty. I told the waitress how bad it was she took it away and asked if I wanted another and I said no thanks! I said I would take a small order of chicken wings. They came and another disappointing order. They were over cooked and dried out hard. We had friends at another booth that were not happy with the lunch they were served either. Needless to say I will not be eating there ever again or recommending this place.
