How did this place get one star? The food and service is excellent! Next trip, last night. I had the Veal Schnitzel with the mushroom sauce and baked potato. One of my companions had the New York 10 ounce while another had the fish and the fourth the pineapple chicken. We come to Medicine Hat about four times a year and most times we pop by Ralph's. The food always impress us and the service is very good.

A country style bar with a difference. Sports bar, country bar, pub,club, live entertainment, mechanical bull , steak house and exclusive entertainment. This place has it all, truly this place changes by the hour as the day and night unfolds, what an experience. House wine with the steaks are both very nice and recommended. If you stay till closing time sometimes they have beautiful pulled pork sandwiches to tie you over until you get home.

The burgers here used to be fresh there now frozen who knows what type of meat. $18 for a fresh made patty well worth it, $18 for a frozen burger JOKE. You just can't change your menu ingredients like a burger from fresh to frozen and expect people to pay the same. It also tasted and felt like the bread had been microwaved. The Server was excellent the Chef is either ashamed to work with the ingredients he has to use or is incompetent and has made changes that are poor. The server confirmed that the burgers were frozen and not fresh

Ordered two Chicken Caesar Salads for lunch with wings and ordered it takeout. The salad was soggy and watery and the portion was for a child. They charged me $9.75 delivery charge to deliver 1/2 block away. I called them and told them how unhappy I was and all they said was okay, could have cared less. This will be the last time I ever eat there or order take out!

Okay - Suzanne is probably the best waitress I've ever had in my entire life. My group got there around 7PM and it was craaaaaaazy busy inside. Literally like the entire place was packed, but miraculously there were a couple patio tables available. Suzanne told us to seat ourselves and ran around like a boss helping everyone. Everything came relatively quick for how busy it was (props to the kitchen staff!), we even had two other people join our table late (she said we were multiplying ????) and she was quick to help them as well. She was super attentive with making sure we had everything we needed and hilarious. One person at our table joked about getting his bbq sauce packed up and she boxed it and dropped it off for him before she was done for the night. The atmosphere here was so welcoming we stayed past 11PM. 10/10 would eat here again. The chicken fingers and fries were pretty good too.

Extremely underwhelming. We got there, it wasn’t looking too busy as half the seats are gone for social distancing. So we sat. Staff looked over at us a few times. The bartender was just chilling behind the bar. The servers were going to tables and back to their iPads. Eventually we asked a lady named Wanda for menus. She took care of us for the most part and was lovely. However, she clearly wasn’t supposed to be our server and we didn’t see her much. The food came out and looked super mediocre. I ordered the burger with mozza sticks and onion rings, because that sounds amazing. It came out and was so disappointing.. $18 for a burger, you kind of expect some magic to happen. The only magical thing was that the bun looked homemade. The fries tasted like stale fries that were popped back into the fryer. We got up to pay and leave because it was clear to us no one was coming over. This is when the servers finally spoke to us and apologized for the wait because they were so busy.. I appreciate the discounted beer but it’s very clear there’s some customer service skills lacking here. We likely won’t be back for a long time, hopefully in the future it’s actually good food and good service..

Servers were very friendly. The Wednesday special is great! $25 surf and turf. Cool salsa bar also with tortilla chips to start you off. The Ralph's red beer isn't bad and is a good price compared to the other beers available. This place is very big so I don't imagine a reservation would be required in most cases but maybe for large groups? Based on the size I imagine it becomes more of a club on weekend nights, but I'm speculating to be honest. Worth checking out when in Medicine Hat

When we came to Medicine Hat on December 20, 2019 to pick up our daughter before Christmas, we were fortunate enough to be referred to this business by the hotel we were staying at overnight. Our experience was beyond every expectation. The food was exceptional and the kitchen staff went out of their way to redo my dinner order when it contained pineapple which I am highly allergic to. The waitress we had (Dylann) went above and beyond to keep us up to date on my dinner order. The service she provided was exceptional. I can't say enough about how impressive she is and the obvious amount of pride she takes in her work. She impressed us even further when we paid our bill and gave her a fairly large tip which my husband told her was for her only. She took the tip and immediately walked over to the counter and deposited it into the tip jar. Many we have seen before would not be so honest and thoughtful of others. We will definitely be back and will recommend your business to others

My wife and I went here with friends for supper. I had the full rack of ribs with regular sauce and my wife had the filet mignon as did her friend. I found the ribs to be ordinary nothing special and the sauce was a little on the thin side. My wife enjoyed her filet and stuffed potato but her friend had to have hers cooked again as the outside was blackened and she ordered med well. My wife did mention that the Ceasar drink she ordered was the best she ever had. The service was very good and the server was very attentive and friendly. When our friend mentioned her steak the server replaced it with a new plate with fresh potato and vegetables. Overall I would return.

Stopped by Ralph's after a long afternoon at Cars & Guitars. Was greeted right away and had my pop and water within mins of ordering. Service was great and my meal was awesome 10oz Rib Eye with steak cut fries. The only two bad things were it was very loud in there and my pepsi wasn't tasting freshly poured from the machine. But all in all I was full and the Steak was cooked just the way I wanted it to be.

I ate at the sports bar 2x now the first I ate a small platter with nachos with beef mozzarella sticks , chicken sticks and potato skins and it was awesome so this time i ordered fish and chips 3 piece and it was horrible the worst i ever had in my life 100% not edible very disappointed

We had dinner as a group of 4 adults in a family. The decor is a bit older but its clean and the waitresses are well trained in food service and politeness. The food was great and the prices were very decent. My only complaint was the constant tawny country music. I could have lived without that all through my meal. The seating arrangements are also a bit cramped for taller folks. Beef up that dessert menu please.

Ralphs can be a lot of fun , the food is excellent when ever we have eaten there, but i will say this when it comes to dancing it is the worst for to much standing on the dance floor and drinking , honestly one of the worst country bar when it comes to policing the dance floor Doesnt make for an enjoyable time, this is not a one time thing, rather the norm

Further to my posting on Trip Advisor and the owners reply, this seems the only place for the information they have asked for My visit was on January 15th. 2020 and i ate what i presume is the pub. From your pictures i can even tell where i sat. I arrived at approx 6.00pm that evening and ordered the Chicken Burger and at that time I started the discussion on the desserts. When i left my table to go I went to the bar counter and asked the barman what i could do to get out. It was at that stage that a female staff member got involved as well . A blonde with many tattoos turned round and told me to shut up, I was making a scene. The barman said nothing, choosing to walk away. Courtney got involved and said she had to adjust the bill with the barman as i was been charged for two pies instead of the only one you had. My comment was that it was a serious lack of communication.Both Courtney and the blonde got mad and their comment back was that I was to blame for the communication breakdown. I will add one last thing . I actually said to Courtney when asked if the meal was OK, BEST PIECE OF CHICKEN I HAVE HAD. When i related this to Courtney, she got cross and actually did not understand i was praising your chicken and became defensive. .But Franks red hot sauce there was noting unless it was disguised. I actually left approx 7.00pm paying a silly little amount of $28.00 that would have been 40 or more elsewhere That took place at approx 7.00pm.
