Very friendly service. Great selection of Cuban cigars. also an extensive adult toy section. If you're looking to get your freak on, bring your girlfriend here. Also a great place to get slushies, as they have an extensive selection of different flavors. Great prices for cigarettes, and tobacco as well. They also have one of the last pay phones I've seen in the city. Lol

I understand that the store is called Hat news and Tobacco but not every guest that visits is a smoker. Its the third time I visit that staff is standing right beside the front door smoking. I feel this is highly unprofessional. They should smoke away from places where guests are entering and exiting like most places enforce. Perhaps just my opinion but one I think others would agree upon. Apart from this it is one or the only convenience stores in town that I visit. Prices are amazing. Staff are super friendly and the store is always clean. New paint job looks amazing!!!

Despite it being a tobacco store, the staff were very helpful when i decided to quit smoking and switch to vaping. The lady behind the counter explained to me all of the prices and brands i could try. Lowest prices in town and the staff are very knowledgable, as in they have tried most brands of cigarettes and ecigs, so they know what theyre talking about when they recommend something. Great service, great staff, great prices, i definetly recommend this store to other people out there.

Absolutely terrible costumer service, I am very disappointed as I would like to come here often as it is convenient. Honestly probably the worst service I have ever received and I did not appreciate the attitude given when I was nothing but nice. Would give zero stars if possible.
