Bought a new Minnie winnie travel trailer this spring. Covid thing, no walk-thru at our request. Fianally took it out 3 months after buying. Found 8 deficiences, took it in to Cactus RV, only 2 were addressed Now on ling road trip and dwalimg with same issuea. Trailet is shi**y and service is worse.

I have a used motorhome I purchased last fall that had a lot of issues mainly with the electrical system that left me stranded at our last campout. I made an appointment and a few days later dropped off my RV with a list of problems I needed resolved. Right from the moment I dropped off my RV the staff were very friendly and explained how they would tackle the problem. I was given a ride home by their friendly shuttle service and called a little later with a quote on what I needed to fix the issues. The next morning my RV was completed to my satisfaction and ready for pickup. Excellent Service, Fair prices, and a very knowledgeable staff that were eager to help from the first call to them. Wow, we were met by Owen as soon as we got there. Took our trade-in then along came our sales person Marvin. He took us thru our new trailer and showed us everything about our new trailer. He answered all our questions and spent at least an hour with us, going threw everything. Bumper to bumper. Doug the accountant was also a great guy. Sent away all our warranties for us and told us about extended warranty etc. Cactus R, V, was well worth the drive down there.

I wish there were more than 5 stars! Curtis and his team went above and beyond to help us when our 5th wheel brakes failed on a cross country trip. With no booking, they accomodated us, ordered parts from Calgary and had our trailer repaired in less than 2 days. It would have been easy for them to overcharge, given our circumstances, but the price for repair was more than fair. We can't say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone. Went here to get our fifth wheel serviced. Although we did not buy our RV here, they booked us in within a couple of days. And while our repairs ended up being very minor (we didn't know this at the time), they explained everything they repaired and our bill was very minimal. Kelly in service was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us purchase some after market items and provided us very knowledgeable information. We would definitely recommend them to others, and if this level of service is also found in their sales department, we would definitely purchase our next RV here.

We were on a road trip when our fridge in the motorhome conked out. Stopped in Regina and they wouldn't even look at it for 5 days. Called ahead to this dealer who figured out what part was needed over the phone. Arrived at their shop the next morning and they pulled a mechanic from another job and had us on the road in 5 minutes! Now that is 5 star service!
