I went for lunch on Aug. 18th 2021 and current covid restrictions were not fully respected. Every restaurant is supposed to keep a registry of client names but we were told by the host it was no longer necessary, which is false. Many staff wore their mask under the nose or under the chin, inside. If you care about not spreading Covid, don't go.

We went there during a weekday evening, where only a few guests were in the restaurant. So the service was great and friendly with only a few tables occupied. The ambient is great and the food was OK, my wife had Fish and Chips, which she really liked, I had the chicken with mashed potato, which was a bit blunt. The mashed potato was rather dry and so was the chicken. What I also missed for the price it the little details, for example, adding Rosemary Sprigs to the chicken, which would complement the taste and add finesse. It is the little details, which are lacking to make this restaurant a 5-star place for me!

Location is good and menu interesting on paper. Unfortunately service is bad and half of the menu is not available. It definitely feels that they do not care about customers : multiple employees asked if we wanted a drink and wanted to order (lack organization), person at the front was not polite, had to wait a really long time to get served. This feels like an episode of kitchen nightmare. Surprising as usually the service in this region is pretty good. Oh and I forgot : prices are high. Burger is 21 dollars and you ll get the same quality in most of other places for 12 to 15 dollars. Some reviews are good so it might depend on when you come during the week. Careful!

Should be called "Le Service Terrible"... After choosing this restaurant for its brunch, my 86 years old mother and I arrived around 11:30 to be told that there was no brunch. After looking at the menu, we decided to stay and have lunch. I had the "beet carpaccio" and given that she was not very hungry, my mother ordered the "pate de campagne". Once we received our plates, I asked for bread (which doesn't come with it) that never came. My mother took 2 bites and did not really care for it so I asked the server if she could bring her a grilled cheese. The server went away and came back after 5 minutes to say "I'm sorry we cannot give you a grilled cheese because it's on the kids menu". I could not believe it and asked her to repeat it. She was obviously very uncomfortable and said she asked her manager but was told they could not do it. I would rather hear "we don't want to do it" as it would be more accurate. We skipped dessert and left pretty disappointed.

I had an awful experience. I ordered from the menu a salmon tartar and a beef tartar. I never would of thought if something is in the menu I would have got a food poisoning as severe as the one I got. I had severe vomiting and diaharea, it was very difficult for me to get to the bathroom. You can imagine how intense the poisoning was. I almost fainted. I strongly make everybody aware of the bad quality of this restaurant. If you offer something in the menu one has to be confident that the food is in good condition! I have always eaten tartar in restaurants in many years. This is the reason I confidently ordered it! I am not usually the person that writes review. The meal was expensive, $ 190 for two adults and a child. And I got such a strong poisoning. Again I discourage anybody from eating at this place!
