J'ai donc décidé d'y retourner une seconde fois, quelque mois plus tard. Après une heure de route, on me refuse l'accès au toilette sous prétexte que seuls les clients peuvent les utiliser. Je fais quand même le tour du magasin. Le vendeur est trop occupé à parler au téléphone pour me demander si j'ai besoin d'aide. J'imagine qu'il jugeait que je n'étais pas "une cliente" digne de ce nom. Je quitte le magasin. C'était la dernière fois que j'y met les pieds. Plus d'une heure de route pour un manque flagrant d'hospitalité, je préfère aller ailleurs.

A little expensive compared to other non-corporate saltwater places but the owner is very clean and respects the COVID regulations very well (makes sure people are using the sanitizers on entry, cleans the atm and desk with sanitizer after each client, etc)

To say the prices are insane would be an understatement. To top it off, those working there follow you around like hawks. It’s an aquarium livestock store. What am I gonna do, stick a fish in my pocket? Absolutely horrible experience. Only reason for 2 stars is that they admittedly do have certain livestock you wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else in Quebec. Unless this is specifically what you are looking for, I see no reason to go to this place over the handful of others located in and near Montreal.
