If you've never tried this family-run place out, definitely do! The food is amazing and the customer service is very warming. You can get something way more filling for the same price as something at a big chain. Great experience!

Amazing Fish and Chips! Batter is light but not flaky, tarter sauce goes well with the fish. Coleslaw I would prefer to be less chopped but the taste was great! Quick service and super friendly! Great job!

Have been driving by this place for a while and finally decided to give it a try today. The food exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Alaskan halibut family platter and it was delicious. Everything tasted super fresh. We especially enjoyed the light batter. It didn’t feel greasy or heavy on the stomach like other places we have tried. Also the portions are hearty. Would highly recommend!

Been to several fish & chip restaurants in London but never the same one twice. Thought we would try this spot for take out last night after we saw 42 rave reviews. Halibut, fries & coleslaw. More than wife and I could eat in one sitting, so reheated leftovers in oven for lunch. Fantastic dinner, and even fantastic reheated in oven! I loved it, and even my wife who is not much of fish eater, says this restaurant is definitely a place to return to.

If Google could give 6 stars I would give it to these guys. Tried them because of their high ratings - easy now to see why they are 5 star all the way. I don’t even like tartar sauce … that is until I tried their secret recipe sauce - love love loved it ! Fish was absolutely beautiful and cooked to perfection. Can’t say enough

Heard good things about their fish and chips from a few friends and decided to try it. We ordered 2 x Haddock and Chips, 1 x Haddock and Poutine, and 1 Chicken Fingers with Greek Salad. The food was indeed phenomenal!! Expertly cooked! Not too much batter and so delicious. Chips were also amazing. Special note - by accident the Greek Salad was not in the bag with our order. We had just gotten home and I received a call from the owner (Captain C Himself), apologising for the missing salad (which at the point we were still unaware of), and took our address so he could personally drive it out to us! Above and beyond. First time customer and now will be a long time customer! HIGHLY recommended!

We tried this place today and we're surprised the owner was working and very appreciative of our visit it was nice to be wanted all items were home made the fis was halibut and cooked extremely well the fries were home made and were very good the coleslaw was good tasting but minced to fine for our liking we are not tarter sauce people bue enjoy the homemade sauce all ln all a very good experience well its good Friday and we just had possibly one of the best fish and chips dinner for 8 of us it was fantastic every one should give this place a try

I don't often give 5 stars but this little family fish and chip shop went above and beyond with their service. I ordered halibut and chips, the chips were homemade the halibut hand cut. The batter was the perfect thickness, not too much, just right. During my short takeout order I waited instore and had a chance to talk to the whole family and I have to say they were delightful. I had more attention and better service than many other "high"end restaurants in London. Welcome to the neighbourhood my friends.

Tried the Hlibut on a bun...OMG soo yummy. very good portion sizes, perfect lunch time order very meaty fish and not greasy. My dad tried the haddock on a bun and said it was very well done Will be going back and reccomending to my friends ...if there are any brits missing their fish and chips or fish buddy's this will be your new go to spot
