Been wanting to try this place for sometime! My husband and I were thrilled with the service the owner provided, she went went above and beyond for our first visit. The fish and chips were awesome, the portions were just right and the fish tacos will be our go to! Support these small businesses through these troubling times!!!!

Was in the market yesterday and have heard great things about this place so being the foodie that I am I had to check it out. I had the fish taco and my husband had their pollock special. Food was fantastic. The batter on the fish was light and chrispy. The fries were hot and the taco was perfect. Staff were friendly and quick with service. Can't wait to go back. The portion of the fish was huge for one peice my husband could hardly finish.

Just had lunch today. Excellent fish fried perfectly. The batter is almost like Tempura but better. The chips were handcut and crunchy on the outside but fluffy inside. Service was friendly and quiet fast.This is the best fryup I have had in ages. Not heavy and greasy at all. I now have a great place to get my fried fish. Keep up the delicious cooking we will be back.

Absolutely fantastic food and service.. the staff are so friendly. We called in from Embro to place an order and by the time we got there they had lunch ready for us and then brought out our bigger order right as we finished.. Highly recommend!!!

The Fish and Chips here are AMAZING..The batter is light and crunchy. The fries are golden and crispy. If Craklins opened up a dine-in restaurant their competitors would be in serious trouble ! Wow!! Excellent Job Craklins!! This place is my new go to for fish and chips.

The new champ of fish/chips of London. Just a block away from the worst (2nd st) Hands down the best fish period. Plump pieces with a nice golden crispy batter. My order was quick and precise. The fries had a nice cook to them. Not a single soggy fry. Deep fried pickles were splendid I just wished they made their own tartar sauce. The only negative is their coleslaw. We found it too tart. Overall with everything considered this hole in the wall is THE BEST!

Yet another review praising this establishment! Traditional in the choice and quality of haddock as the fish, but elevated in the choice of batter. Almost a cross between beer batter and Tempura, the best of both (I'm guessing a little rice flour mixed in?) Fries are first class as well and it's obvious she keeps her deep fryer spotless and uses fresh oil regularly. All this from a little "hole in the wall" window at a flea market!! A good example of someone that really cares about their product and customer experience It doesn't matter what end of town your on, it's worth the drive!

Great fish and chips in London! The prices are excellent, and the fish and chips are always made fresh. Each piece of haddock actually contains a substantial amount of fish. However, the batter is a little thick (but not excessively so) and I would have liked a thinner batter, but that is only personal preference.

My boyfriend and I got recommended from another vendor employee so we thought we would try it but we were Disappointed. My boyfriend got Boring and plain fish but the poutine was good. Both my fish and fries were soft like I had no teeth so I needed soft food and plain tasteless and also took almost 20 mins to make it the 2 employee ladies were nice tho

WOW!! what happened since the last time i ordered? Both my wife and I were so disappointed. Ordered 2xpc Haddock dinners for each of us. We could have made 1 pc of fish out of the 4 pcs by the time the batter was taken off.Like in most cases, they dont raise prices ,they just decrease the Quantity. The Fish has never been this saturated with grease any other time we ordered. I dont even want to get into the fries, we ate some because we were hungry, the rest were thrown out. They once were our favorite but they now tasted like they were already fried and then just reheated. Either the staff has been changed or the quality of product has? This has been the one and only review ive ever given so you can imagine how angered and disappointed we were...

So, I'd like to start by saying that the owner is an absolute sweetheart with amazing customer service and is very reasonable. Every time I've decided to place an order I've been extremely happy. Craklin's best fish and chips lives up to the name because it's the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. This is a business owner with integrity and she genuinely wants nothing more then to make sure that everyone who eats her food is happy. The staff and the food are both amazing quality. Hands down the best battered fish I’ve ever had. Love the fish and fresh cut chips, fish tacos, and fish which! Crispy and delicious, just the right amount of batter and it’s not heavy or oily! We also now buy the heat and eat to do in our air fryer and it’s soooo good. Even a friend who doesn’t generally love fish loves this fish. Try it out at Gibraltar on Dundas you won’t be disappointed. The walk up window which is accessible from the back parking lot is really convenient for a workday lunch time order and pickup.
