Drove almost an hour to come check the shop out and it didn't disappoint. Awesome staff who are very friendly, and had lots of conversation! Very welcoming environment. The tanks are spotless and I couldn't see a single dead or diseased fish like you often see at fish stores. Their selection is also huge and lots of choices. Definitely coming back soon! Bobby and will are the 2 nicest guys you could ever meet they both have an incredible knowledge of the aquarium hobby. Awesome People! The staff are super nice, welcoming and friendly. The livestock is well taken care of and there is a ton of selection! You owe it to yourself to check this place out! (I got all my angels from them yesterday and its worth noting the super healthy fins and trailers on them. They take good care of the fish) everytime I go in to bobby gs I feel like they genuinely appreciate seeing me and my business. Like I said before you owe it to yourself to check them out!

We visited yesterday and I have never had such amazing customer service! Bob stayed over an hour past closing so he could be there when we were in London. We talked for an hour in the store like old friends and the time flew by! His selection is fantastic and the fish are in tip top shape! I have never seen such beautiful discus. They will grow big in our tank! I was so happy to come home with two top quality discus and a colony of blue dream shrimp! He even threw in babies for me. Thank you Bob! We will be back!

Bobby G's is easily my new favourite aquarium spot. The entire store is sparkling clean and well organized, the tanks are all immaculate and the fish are gorgeous and healthy. Intermediately experienced fishkeeper, first time visitor last Saturday, picked up some otos and kuhli loaches to fill out my 55g. The store was very clean and the fish looked really healthy. Staff was very friendly, especially Aaron, who is such an asset to the store and who clearly has a passion for fishkeeping. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, The store was pretty busy (by Covid standards - they do adhere to all safety protocols) but Aaron took the time to answer all my questions and still juggle his managerial duties without making anyone feel left out. I'm also in business and manage staff so I deeply appreciate that Bobby has selected staff who are not only super friendly, but also fellow fish lovers. The philosophy of the store seems to be more about keeping healthy critters and helping people be successful in doing their best by our fishy friends versus selling as much as possible. As long as it stays that way, Bobby G's has a return customer in me! I have multiple tanks and will always shop here first.

Great selection of fish chiclids, shrimp, snails, plants and community fish. The only place I know of that carry's Xtreme Aquatic Foods in london. The Xtreme krill flake is a must buy. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you enjoy fish keeping Bobby G's is the top choice in London Ontario.

Went in today to look at feeder fish(which they don’t have but my review isn’t about that) hands down this is the best aquarium store not only are the high end fish tanks clean and fish look very health but so are the goldfish tanks, you can’t say that about many other aquarium stores in London.

Ordered pair of betta macrostoma from bobby g aquarium and have them shipped to Newfoundland and Labrador. Fish are healthy, shipping box and packaging was perfect (with live fish labeled in the box) communication was great. Fish is also cheaper. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i will never return to this store the employee or boss was super ignorant and made me not wanna be a customer i was new and he spoke to me with with a verry poor attitude and was verry disrepectffull and tryed to make a firstntime customer feel dumb i recommend people find a different store dont shop at this A-holes store. Theres plenty of other awsome places like pet smart or even BIG ALES AQUARIUM they are respectull and want to help there customers specailly first timers i had such a bad exsperence i hope this buisness goes under thanks verry much .???? We went there over the weekend very good service guys seem to know their stuff .. the worker dropped our bristle nose pleco on the table told us won't harm it..came home put it In the tank like I have done fish before .. it went and hid .. didn't see it for couple days so search for it found it dead .. I emailed them right away.. because it was over the 3 day warranty stage they won't do anything about it .. it was four days... I put a three star cause their service is good but once u leave the store ur in ur own ????
