Badly managed. Nothing is where it's supposed to be so some prices are just guess work. Washroom has no hook in stall to hang jackets or coats. With winter coming I guess they just expect you to throw your coat on the dirty floor??

My experience here is never bad. Although there is a few tweaks that are needed. First of all, when people come in on the left side of the store, I would appreciate it if that old man would not be so creepy and start following people who he suspects of something. Honestly he's given me that look at times too. Some of the staff are friendly and some look miserable. Overall I always get what I come for.

Was a little put out on Thursday, when I went in. Went to get antifreeze during my lunch hour, store wasn't very busy. I assumed I would be in and out in minutes. Call came over the PA system that the debits are down. Now, don't get me wrong, I know this is a privileged first world problem, but whatever. Had to stand in line for 15 minutes for what seemed like the slowest cash machine in the world. (Only had one, as well.) Cost me $2.79 to take a twenty out of this machine. So there, you got two stars. Give me my 2.79 back and we can chalk it up to a wasted lunch hour and I'll give you two stars back.

Hugely disappointed. would give no star if I could... But mainly, I will NOT order groceries for delivery anymore. I am a senior locally in Orillia. It is hard to get groceries online for delivery locally. When I found Walmart delivered, I gave them a try.. I placed an order for groceries, and awaited the text that they were on their 'way' with whatever third party delivers for them. I put on my mask when I got the text that groceries were on their way, and went outside to wait and accept when they would arrive. Alas, I get a text while waiting that they are 'delivered'. I looked up and down the street and there were no vehicles.. no groceries anywhere. After near two hours trying to get help on the phone, I had no luck but I finally was able to get online web agent support. It looks like the delivery person must have absconded with a carload of groceries.. or delivered who knows where. (I have had previous deliveries from them no issues, but food was missing in my orders that I was charged for) So.. long story short I will NOT order ever again, and don't recommend it. I am 'supposed' to get a $ refund in day or so for groceries never received.. we shall see.

I love walmart. I only get small childrens(6yrs and under) clothing and shoes here. Never adults. Wayy too ordinary and plain for my likings. But just about everything else walmarts awesome for. Theres a few items here and there that you look at the price and no frills price is cheaper like six packs of coca cola products and water bottles as two examples. But for the most part i find you get most household essentials at awesome prices. Most bang for your buck on toilet paper, cleaning solutions(lysol wipes, sprays and etc) laundry soaps dishwasher tablets. I love the variety of cosmetic brands and DEFINITELY love the prices of it all. (Although variety through out the entire store is awesome) although i was a little disappointed in the toy area but still lots of awesome toys; laser tag, arcade style street fighter, the ride on ponies at the cambridge centre mall- you can own one for around $100ish, quite a few power wheels options like a fire truck !! And police cruiser. A Batmobile. Etc. Pokemom cards galore. I didnt see too many board games there or puzzles. Toys for toddlers are few and far between most not good quality(toddlers are destructive. I don't know why i care about the quality lol). Not much for learning though. The craft supplies section has grown in the last few years thankfully but those prices should br re-evaluated- when michaels craft store sells it cheaper you know thats too much lol. The meats appear to be fresh- maybe not di Pietro fresh but still good and great priced. Walmart gets all five stars from this girl! OH AND PET FOOD IS AWESOME HERE TOO.

I always do most of my shopping here because the prices are better most of the time and I can get everything in one place instead of going to 2 or 3 stores. My only problem is the check out. They only have 2 lanes open most of the time for people with large amounts of stuff to buy and one of them is the only lane you can buy beer. I usually have alot of items so I end up waiting a long time. They always have a lot of express lanes and self check outs for people with less items but stupid people end up going into the 2 lanes for more than 15 items making the wait even longer! Sorry for the rant but it happens every time and its so frustrating!

My sister and I went together. Among the groceries in our cart was a cami (spaghetti strap tank top) that she needed a new one of, so she added it to our cart. It was part of a whole rack of camis NOT blocked off as "non-essential". We get to the self-check-out and there's an employee who goes through your cart and checks it for anything non-essential before you even start scanning items. She took the cami out and said "you can't buy this because it's not scrubs". We told her it wasn't blocked off. She said another customer probably just put it in a random place in the store where it didn't belong. We told her no it was part of an entire rack of the same product in different colours that wasn't taped off. She continued to basically tell us "oh well" and said some other things that we couldn't understand behind her mask while we continued to scan the rest of our items. It's a pandemic -- I can understand certain products aren't as necessary as others right now. But while we were there during the same visit, we passed by the nail care section, which also contains stuff like hair dye and fake eyelashes, as well as a long row of booths containing flower pots. None of that stuff was blocked off either. How are fake eyelashes and nail polish okay to buy (I bought two bottles of nail polish during this same visit without a problem), but a piece of clothing that happens to not be scrubs isn't? Clothes seem essential to me... Then again this store is part of a franchise where another Walmart location blocked off baby diapers and feminine hygiene products as non-essential, so I wasn't too shocked, just amused.

I really wanted to award them a 4.5 but that wasn't an option. Clean place and always the friendliest of staff. They lose points for apparently not being set up to deliver the items you purchase online to your vehicle as outlined in the pickup email notification. I had to go to customer service to get it. It was clean and SOME workers were kind. that was about it. April 11th, 2020. Went to Walmart. I love good sales. I picked up some sale items along with regular. When checking out the regular prices came up on the sale items. I said oh no they are on sale. I was told by cashier "no sticker no sale you must pay full price. I was angry as in the past I was a fellow Walmart cashier I know what to look for. They were clearly on sale. Watch your receipts everyone! At a time where we have to watch our budget because of covid19 be sure to double check you are paying the right amount. I walked out today with nothing. Disappointed very disappointed!

I am not impressed with this Walmart at all. The staff that operate customer service are very unfriendly and rude. I attempted to return a pair of children's booties and was told they were discontinued... how is that my problem? After some very uncomfortable interactions they said I could exchange them....after they just told me they were discontinued. All I wanted was a giftcard to spend the money there and they refused. I am upset and disgusted. They treat everyone like criminals when they want to make a return. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Was there today to buy some gifts and when I went to the checkout an item would not scan talked to cashier and CSM and they told me that they could NOT sell the item to me because its probably discontinued so I told them that it also wouldn't scan when I was doing a price check but a sales associate from the toy department checked the price for me and also told me they had a lot just the other day and they have been having problems with certain items not scanning. The center. This mall is great but like most miles it's dying and it's not any fault of its own. They actually just got Wi-Fi and at least it's spacious in there. It has an ice rink in the movie theater and enough Friday that you'd expect from a mall to make it a place worth going too. I have shopped here so much it is disgusting. I bought a few electronic items and they all broke. I moved from out west so I needed to replace a lot of things needless to say. I could tell the girl at returns was a bit racist but didn't think it mattered with Walmart. She was judging me and my black friend while we were in line I could tell. I even said "she is going to hassle us just watch". She questioned why I had so many electronics broken. I said "probably due to your staff throwing them off the truck" which is a practice I know for a fact happens. I have 2 friends that are former employees. I also explained math to her and the more I buy the more chance I have of getting a few defective items. She did not like my sarcasm so after she refused my returns because I didn't have the boxes (I had receipts) she had store managers and security follow me around the store. I make almost 4 times what a Walmart employee does and had to put up with them following me around. Since then I have cut my spending at this store. I used to spend on average 275 a week there (I have proof of this). Now I buy my groceries elsewhere (the new No Frills on Franklin) and make home electronic purchases at places that specialize in them. This upsets me because I have never been treated like this at a Walmart for trying to make returns. Usually the staff recognizes me fairly quickly and treats me like the loyal customer I am. Now I was stuck with a few broken electronics because walmart has decided I am the one person that can't be trusted. I have seen people return fruit with less hassle. I wish me not spending 275 a week in there would hurt them but this is Walmart they didn't notice. I have also noticed what others have said, empty shelves first thing in the morning and that is when they should be stocked. I also noticed this is the only walmart that does not sell anything over a XL in clothing. They don't have anything that would even fit most of their own staff. They also carry very little spicy ethnic items. They have a diluted image of themselves.

Visited Walmart at Bayshore Drive, today for the first time to grocery shop. I was appalled that there was not a dispensary of hand sanitizers when entering the grocery part of the store. How unsanitary, especially when the public are putting their hands on the cart handles and then touching items such as fruit and produce. Interesting, there is a dispenser just outside the Washroom area that is dispensing dry paper towels. Again, how unsanitary, please don't assume each person coming from that area has actually washed their hands. Many just rinse and walk away. I got honest help from good employees today. Found what I was looking for and only a little extra, bought it quick and easy, had a snack at McDonald's, ate it, it was as expected, and all that was good. Until I went to use the washroom. It was a disaster in there! Otherwise it was a good efficient visit.

Lots of choices, however alot smaller of a store than others when comparing to Regina or Saskatoon. One thing I am surprised about is that some of their self checkout actually accept Cash not just debit and credit. I believe that this is the only store in sask that the selfcheckouts support physical cash. Overall this store is still great to get almost anything you require. And the staff seem to be more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly then the other Walmarts in Regina and Saskatoon. Will continue to return.

not a bad place to shop, but most employees who don't seem to be in a specific department are unsure where to find needed items or are just plain unhelpful at all. but the employees who do help and try everything to make sure you leave happy make coming here a good experience.

Reasonable given current epidemic. Clean and no waiting in line. But almost everything we needed was out of stock, and we were forced to use self-checkout even though we didn't want to.

Customer service representative at Photo Center was extremely rude. Asked for a second picture envelope and was denied (I had printed over 150 photos). Save your time and go somewhere else.
