Que dire de la purée qui accompagnait l'agneau, un délice. Les asperges étaient croquantes à souhait. J'ai donc choisi les rognons de boeuf wagyu, flambés au brandy avec une sauce à la moutarde et des pappardelles maison, le tout agrémenté de champignons. Nous avons adoré la bouffe de A à Z. Essayez leur crème brûlée à la vanille! À tomber... Chez Cuisine du marché vous êtes reçus comme des amis de la famille dans une ambiance intime. In other words, the children were no longer in place. In addition, I ordered a salmon tartare ... which was excellent certe, but very long to arrive (maybe we had to go fishing ...). My girlfriend and her mother had ordered wagyu beef dumplings, good but nothing special. Then our dishes arrived after another long wait. Everything was excellent. Marinated salmon poke and ribs of beef. Very nice flavors with an Asian note. Very beautiful products. Finally, came the dessert, a small disappointment, original but caloric. It was a vanilla ice cream coated with a churros dough. The accompaniments were not to put because a brownie with caramel and fudge when already the churros ice cream is difficult to digest ... Euuuh. In all, we stayed almost 3 hours in the restaurant, I let you imagine the tip when paying the bill. And finally, the room is small (28-30 seats), the noise is quickly heard. We were really unlucky tonight because there were 2 disrespectful women laughing and talking more than loudly. So, very hard to bear and SCANDALEUX that the manager did not ask them to make an effort for the rest of the room (to close their big mouth and I remain polite !!!). Very sad because after reading the reviews I was happy to go there ... but they are not ready to see us again. Récapitulons : UNE HEURE d'attente entre le moment où nous sommes entrés et celui où nous avons été servi. Autant dire que les enfants ne tenaient plus en place. De plus, j'avais commandé un tartare de saumon ... qui était excellent certe, mais très long à arriver (peut-être qu'il fallait aller le pêcher ...). Ma blonde et sa mère avaient commandé des dumplings au boeuf wagyu, bon mais rien d'exceptionnel. Ensuite, nos plats sont arrivés après une autre longue attente. Tout a été excellent. Poke au saumon mariné et ribs de boeuf. Très belles saveurs avec une note asiatique. De très beaux produits. Enfin, vint le dessert, une petite déception, original mais calorique. C'était une crème glacée à la vanille enrobée d'une pâte à churros. Les accompagnements n'étaient pas a mettre car un brownie avec du caramel et du fudge quand déjà le churros crème glacée est difficile à digérer ... Euuuh. En tout, nous sommes restés presque 3 heures dans le restaurant, je vous laisse imaginer le pourboire au moment de payer la note. Et pour finir, la salle étant petite (28-30 couverts), le bruit se fait vite entendre. Nous n'avons vraiment pas eu de chance ce soir car il y avait 2 femmes irrespectueuses qui riaient et parlaient plus que fort. Donc, très difficile à supporter et SCANDALEUX que la gérante ne leur ait pas demandé de faire un effort pour le reste de la salle (de fermer leur grande bouche et je reste poli !!!). Très dommage car après avoir lu les avis je me faisais une joie d'y aller ... mais ils ne sont pas prêt de nous revoir. En bref : - bonne bouffe = +++ - rapport qualité/prix = --- - Ambiance = --- - Service = ---
