I much prefer to shop here than the local chain of Pet Valu, simply on small business principle. It is expensive for a lot of things, and I find the toys priced higher than other stores. Best selection of treats, food, and accessories though!

I cannot say enough about this Pet store. The staff have always been so kind and knowledgable, always offering amazing ideas or recommendations whenever I need it. I recently phoned the store and was able to put together a large order of food and treats for my girl to get us thru the winter with their help and it all arrived last night! They were so sweet in sending some special treats that are grain free for my girl to try with her diet. We love this store and have been loyal customers since I first discovered it 5 years ago. Best pet store I have ever been to in my 20+ years of being a pet owner. Thanks for your amazing service!

Great customer service, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help. Recently I went in for a new collar for my dog and they had a wide variety and several that for my needs. The dog bed I picked up as well is excellent. The lady helping recommended it based on her dog using the same one. She offered lots of tips about keeping the bed clean for long use. Prices are reasonable, they also offer a rewards program if you purchase your animals food there.

This pet store is a gem. The ladies that run this place are so helpful, and knowledgable about all sorts of issues & surprises that come up (having pets). They have a great selection of foods and treats, health/hygiene and regular pet maintenance...pretty much anything you will need they either have it or can get it for you (or point you in the right direction). Absolute best customer service ever! I live 4500 km away. They had a dog jacket my friend wanted for her dog that was sold out everywhere in the right size. Communication was precise, quick and friendly. Shipping was almost instant. In a time when businesses are delayed in shipping to BC due to flooding, Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails makes it happen, Air Mail. My order arrived the next day! Free shipping too! i use to love that store but when i got my fourth dog i brought him in to size out a new kennel for him and the newer staff that iv never seen before that day was extremely judgmental trying to undermine everything i was saying and like i said this isn't my first dog i know how to properly care for them. anyways needless to say i haven't been back because of the rude staff that was there that day and another time before that i bought two treats one for my dog and one for my friends dog and the girl at the cash gave my dog the treat i was buying while we were in the store witch i found rude cause i was waiting to give it to him with my friends dog too.

The employees are adorable and definitely up for a scratch behind the ears anytime between naps, the staff are awesome as well and super available to help you find anything you might need. They're a local store which is great for shopping Canadian and not paying a premium to ship items you'd of otherwise had to get from the US. 10/10 store I love browsing and dreaming of all the things my cat doesn't need and my future dog will have ♥️

Great selection of pet foods and accessories. For me, they lose points for less than friendly customer service. We don't order dog food by the large bags, but what we do buy for our 2 very small dogs, should be perceived as just important. On my last two visits, I was behind someone who was making a large purchase. I feel I was treated as second class. The only thing I could see, was that my purchase was considerably less than the customer preceding me.

Staff are delightful and welcoming. They have a wide selection of raw and dry food for your pet. Yes, pets are welcome! When I first went in the store I was looking to switch my dog to raw food. The staff gave me plenty of information on the nutrition involved and recommended the required supplements for my doggo. My pup is healthy and happy.

Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! Staff always actually seem HAPPY to help you whether its 1 minute or 1p minutes and 20 questions. I never feel rushed or feel pressured to buy certain products. I cant bring my dogs into the store which I love. I recently went to purchase a no pull harness for my bulldog. The woman spent a huge amount of time with us, trying all the different one on the dog, walking her in it, explaing etc trying to find one that actually stayed on my crazy shaped bulldogs body I guess lol. After finally finding a leash that went hire up on her head she actually took the time to put it on dog and taught and practiced walking the dog with this specific leash with my two small children and myself! She went above and beyond that day. Amazing store

This pet store is the best pet store I have ever visited. I have 3 dogs and I used to buy their food from bright eyes & bushy tails. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They greet me in an adorable manner whenever I visit the store. The products are so good, my dogs and I love it. Today I got a chance to meet the owners, I was thrilled by the way they greet me, it feels so much honored when you get respect and such a welcoming environment around. I must say, they are so determined towards their work, brings the store to the higher level of energy. I love the way that this store is very personalized. It is like stepping into a boutique for your furry family member rather than your typical pet store. The staff are attentive and understanding that you want the best. They carry products that chain stores do plus more. They have supplements that chain stores do not carry and a wide variety of beds, toys, leashes, food dishes and more. At Christmas they offer family photos with you and your furry ones.
